Lots of amenities found in good resorts, the staff was friendly, and the rooms are nice and large.

The suites were very nice and clean. Perfect location right on state line. Heavenly Village and the casinos are perfect walking distance. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pool area was nice and clean. Pool is indoors but has an outdoor section to lay in the sun. Highly recommend and will be coming back to stay again.

But I did like the proximity to Stateline

Overall, the stay was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The hotel is dog-friendly, which is great for pet owners, but it also means the rooms can be noisy at night due to barking. Valet parking is available, but it costs $45 per day, and unfortunately the valet staff's service was not very attentive or efficient. On the positive side, room service was impressively quick.

The hotel is nice, every single staff member is so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a phenomenal time staying here! The design and decor was beautiful, the entire place was clean, great place for tacos and margaritas on site. The room was very spacious for our family and our Aussiedoodle was able to stay. The kids had a blast using the pool area - and the movie screening of Despicable Me 4 while they were swimming in the evening was a memorable highlight of our trip that they won’t soon forget. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!

Front desk was struggling a bit checking people in due to volume of guests. And only had 2 front desk staff. Valet did great and was on top if volume of guests. Upstairs bar was closed all day and eve. Down stairs bar open only part of the day. Didnt seem to have later evening eats options. Breakfast buffet was fantastic as was their entire staff!

We really liked it here. I traveled with my family.

Hotel is too expensive .No parking and it's only valet parking .
-
Almost everything Parking

I remember when this hotel was a Hilton. Complementary Breakfast, and happy hour for the adults. Between the coast of the Breakfast for a Camille of 5 and the cost to park your vehicle was very expensive for 4 day stay. I liked when it was the Hilton.

- If you have kids and are planning on having them sleep on the pullout, it's really bright in there at night from the courtyard and loud. They don't seem to enforce quiet time. Also, the curtains, even with both pulled closed is still see through. - If you don't have kids, avoid this hotel. So many kids, and they have sports teams stay here for tournaments which floods the hotel with kids and large groups of people taking over a lot of the public spaces. - They add on 5 different fees in addition to your room fee. - Valet parking is mandatory and an additional $40 a night...6th fee. - breakfast buffet was actually really great and worth the $25, they don't let you take any to go food just FYI.
