Good

Resort is currently going under renovation, which is desperately needed. Staff was wonderful nice proximity to the beach pool could use some cleaning overall it was a good stay.

This hotel was fantastic. We will 100% stay here again. Perfect for a family get away!

Very clean

The hotel stay was very pleasant, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Room it was look clean , but the room has bugs on the bed , cucarachas on the room, service do not clean the room

It's nice spot for beach and pool access,we had private cabana, the only thing the balcony was not clean, I see they are remodeling,l hope my next visit will be excellent,I will definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right on the beachfront. The facilities were spotless, with a level of cleanliness that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional; the staff was always friendly and eager to assist with a smile.One of the things we enjoyed the most was the variety of food available. Every meal was a feast of flavors, with options to suit every taste. In the afternoons, the hotel offered free ice cream, which was a lovely touch. They also handed out water guns for both kids and adults, allowing us to enjoy an afternoon full of fun and laughter as a family.The beach in this area is unparalleled: clean, serene, and not very crowded, making it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family without any worries. In summary, our stay was spectacular, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable beach vacation.

The hotel was getting ready to start renovations on the property so it was a bit disorganized. But overall, we loved the place and would stay there again. Look forward to see what the place looks like when the renovations are complete.

Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. The pool area was very nice and beach bar was a plus. Friendly staff.

Don’t leave your stuff on the seats by the pool, while swimming. My son’s cell phone was stolen and a lady’s sun screen was stolen at this property. No employee helped me look for his phone, they didn’t seem to care.

Loved it

The staff at this resort are absolutely top notch. From the time you check in, the wait staff, and bartenders treat you like a valued guest. This is our second time coming and will continue to come at least once year.

Lobby not bad staff is great.. food from the lounge restaurant was very good.. pool area was relaxing.. If they upgrade it would be a very wonderful place. so I give 3 out of 5

Family friendly. Food is average on property. Everything you need on property. Room was spacious and clean.

Clerk was talking on phone upon check in. Did not acknowledge me and made me wait 15 minutes before starting check in process. Bad first impression...
