Hotel is very clean and lot of space for a room. We really like our room. The hotel uses valet parking only, which I prefer selfpark.

Food at hotel was delicious Good amenities Thank you to the waitress from Nebraska that pointed out the dolphins to us so we were able to kayak next to them which are free to use from the hotel. And free golf buggy to beach with use of chairs and umbrellas Would definitely stay here again Coffee in room was nice, robes nice, beds comfortable

My day was exceptionally satisfying. The amenities were amazing. You get a free ride back-and-forth to the beach with the go kart and they give you chairs and towels and umbrella and they have a restaurant and bar inside that’s connected. They have a rooftop and a pool and everything was A-OK in my book.

Had an amazing long weekend there. Cute hotel and loved the decor and ambiance. Definitely worth for a girl’s trip or quick couple’s get away. The staff were friendly and caring.

Everything was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each time was great. I enjoyed the 3 bars that the hotel offers and the non-alcoholic options offered as well.

absolutely AMAZING stay. Staff was friendly and always there if needed. Pool, main lobby, restaurant, and bar were amazing and clean. The show stopper was the rooftop bar and lounge. Fantastic scenery over the beach, Don Cesar in view and a luxury place for an affordable price. We will 100% be coming back to this location in the future.

Elevator noise throughout the night, mandatory valet and no close access to the beach. I needed to do maid service one day.

Room and property were amazing. Everything was clean and updated. The staff is incredible and very friendly, helpful. I’m local but I will definitely be back for another staycation.

Hotel is perfectly located. Aesthetically curated as soon as you walk into the lobby you can tell. The staff was great, everyone was very attentive and we even got a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room that we very much enjoyed. The pool is great with a shaded area in case you do not want sun with the bar comfortably located upstairs in their restaurant that’s located inside the hotel. Didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop. Only negative observation I have was finding some hairs on the towel when we first arrived, were not ours as we hadn’t used the towels by then. Some things were a little dusty, I’m assuming the room hadn’t been cleaned since the last person that stayed there left and one of the robes had a stained so I couldn’t wear it.

10/10 a great hotel. Will be staying here again. We booked this as a last minute celebration as we just got engaged, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything was relaxing, clean, and just over All wonderful. They have everything you need right there in the hotel. Do not over look this spot if you’re thinking about booking

We ended up driving to a public beach and paying extra for parking. In the end, all the amenities we needed from Hotel Zamora were a disappointment. I could've paid $100/night for a 2 star hotel and get the same result.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Rooftop Bar and poolside bar were not open on Memorial Day. I was double charged for my room after paying on booking.com, however Hotel staff was helpful and fixing mistake and my money was returned after check out.. also wish that the on-site bar was open a little later than 10:00 but it was a Sunday and Monday holiday weekend. When looking on booking.com it seemed that the hotel was closer to beach access. But Hotel did a great job of having golf cart shuttle

The rooms were large and very comfy. Loved the snacks at the lobby. The pool was nice. A little too many dead bugs though.
-
A little better maintenance to the room equipment (i found a broken bed lamp with a potential of electrical cables exposed and possible short circuit or fire; a broken shower hand shower; a very dirty humidifier fitters ) so in general the room was great but this litle items need to be taken care off

I was very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Zamora. I have stayed in the past and was excited to go back. There were 2 weddings scheduled the weekend I was there, which caused an understaffing issue and many miscommunications. For example, we got a ride from the hotel to the beach and were told to call the hotel when we wanted to be picked up. I called for 20+ minutes with no answer so we decided to call an uber. The hotel seemed chaotic, understaffed, and kinda dirty.

The food was delicious. The prices were as expected for an upscale hotel but on par for the freshness and quantity of food. Of course, the servers and bartender were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They have a great selection of specialty drinks, the bartenders will make you whatever you want - even if you aren't quite sure what that is! My only disappointment was with the housekeeping staff. I arrived on a Monday and left on a Thursday - and talked to the front desk Wednesday - but no one came to make my bed, give me new towels I requested, or empty trash. I was told they were short staffed, but, considering nothing was done for my entire stay, I was disappointed that all I got from the front desk was a "yeah, we were short staffed". A sincere apology with even a small amount off the bill would have been nice. I will still recommend this hotel and hopefully be able to stay again.

staff was slow and no so good towels were broken and really small and rough we stayed before and it was ok but this time was not good

This was my first stay at Hotel Zamora and it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway as the pool, the views and the restaurant are wonderful. I will definitely be going back again!
