Clean, well maintained, and super nice staff. They understood my physical limitations and did everything possible to make my stay as easy as possible. They came out to make sure I was safe while sitting in my car smoking. Everyone was extremely polite. I still have to give them one star off because who carries a hairdryer with them anymore? No hairdryers or coffee makers in the room. In the lobby, yes but not in the room. I will stay here again when I go thru the area next time.

Great value and surprisingly quiet being next to the highway..which we didnt know but not an issue. Front office staff friendly and interactive

The air conditioner did not work well. The doors did not shut all the way. The bathtubs were not clean. The sinks were not clean. They had stuff stuck in the drain of the sink. The toilets didn't flush property, and the facilities had drug deals and prostitution, and the staff did nothing about it

Great stay pet friendly

Don't book this hotel. It was terrible. Very dark dingey room with no amenities. Light bulb out, small old table, with one straight back chair and no coffee machine. Pool closed and area was poorly maintained.

Was horrible to get my room took long time to find my reservation and I had to do 100 dollars cash deposit and when I checked out t was difficult to get my deposit back!!!

My first thoughts, unfortunately, went to child trafficking. In years of adulting, I have never been asked for my children's IDs. Rooms were average at best. 1 room did not have a remote control. The location is 100% in a sh it part of town with locals living it to full occupancy. Homeless people roaming the property all night. Way too close to road, constant traffic noise. Best thing about the hotel truthfully was leaving it in the rearview mirror.

Average place to stay; nothing outstanding. Pets get to stay free but limited places to walk them.

Staff was friendly. Room was fine. No toiletries. Couldn't get wifi to work. Traffic noise, but slept fine. Price was right for a place to lay my head.

Nice desk person but room facing highway was just too loud..I would say maybe a different location. Among small casinos so not ideal for peace & quiet..Did not sleep well!

The person at check in was really nice. Location is super convenient & price was good. The room was clean but the property desperately needs a refresh.

Staff was very nice and helpful however the property is old and while the rooms looked clean the bathroom smelled strongly of pee.

Cons: Building is in sad disrepair. The stairs to our 2nd floor room are actually crumbling. The room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarettes, probably because the smoke detector was removed! It is right next to I-80 and very noisy.

Only one outlet worked to plug in any of our chargers.

Reddy at front desk was very rude and unprofessional

No coffee in the room, however we were placed away from the freeway and noise was minimal.

Dogs barking. They allow pets.
