Staff was so so nice! Really lovely front desk experience. We just needed an easy place for a night for a kids lesson at Heavenly and also dog friendly. This worked for that and I wasn’t expecting anything fabulous. I just needed basic, clean and convenient. It was a quick walk to Heavenly, parking was easy. It served its purpose and priced appropriately for what it provided.

The room key was given to me at 7:30 pm it was not clean fromt desk was not responsive.

Staff are amazing. Furniture is really old. Don’t like the breakfast .

Grab and go breakfast, didn’t meet my expectations. Paid for parking but parking spaces were limited so we had to find street parking. No staff in site when it was time to check out. Old building.

The place was old and outdated! My children were locked out of a room several times due to the keypad not working! The bathroom had what appeared to me look like mold on the ceiling! Couldn’t even stay 24 hours, checked out early! My kids and I were stuck in our hallway not sure if they were going to be able to collect my belongings from that room!

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to help with check in (had to call another number and wait 10 min fo someone to show up). When we checked in, we weren’t given a WiFi code. Didn’t realize we needed one until we got to the room. When I tried to call down to the front desk to ask about it, found out that the in room phone didn’t work. Oh, a don’t bother trying to watch football playoffs, cable channel selection is limited.

The whole hotel needs a recarpet. The carpet in our room was dirty and had a patch in it. The carpet in the lobby and common area was pretty bad too. Great location and cheap.

Came here at 7:50pm, and waited for 20 minutes now, nobody is at the front desk. Leave a phone number never got connected. Don’t know how long will it take to check in.

Food are all to-go and no cooked ones, like fried eggs, sausages, etc. Only bagels in plastic, yogurt, apples, bananas, coffee, tea bags, muffins in plastic.
