Ice machine was a bit of a walk and they only have one on property, which want convenient. The vending machine in same room as ice machine and guest laundry facility and was kinda sad. Card reader on the machine was not working, so if you didn't have cash, you were out of luck. We didn't need to use the vending machine, just an observation. Had a poolside room, which also had a pull out sofa bed, which we didn't need, as it was just my wife and I. Had a fenced area just outside the room adjacent to the pool, with a table and chairs, with a gate that opened to the pool, which was nice. Even when pool was busy, wasn't noisy. Property is pet friendly, also. Overall was a great experience and walking distance from the casinos, shops and restaurants in Stateline. We would definitely stay here again. Front office staff very friendly.

We would stay there again. Decently priced for accommodations offered. Thank you.

We would definitely stay here again! We loved having the hot tub after a day of exploring. Next time, we would rent a two-bedroom unit with king beds for a little extra comfort. The location was great, with convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back.

The carpet had sticky spots on it and the furniture was dirt

We will be staying there again if we are in the area.

We won't go back

Great pool and hot tub, dog friendly, clean room, close to amenities

Great property, the staff are Al so friendly!!! The only problem them have are the key cards, they routinely don’t work and you have to go to the office to have them redone.

Staff is always helpful but the check-in process is very long. If I were the general manager that's what I would be working on. The keys often get deactivated and that would be another general manager project. Otherwise the property is in decent condition for its age and the rooms are very comfortable.

Hands-down, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was my first time traveling with my golden retriever puppy who is one and a half years old. Upon arrival, we were told that their systems were down and they could not complete the check-in process. The staff member at the front desk had told me that I could check back in later or I could just wait until after 4 PM which technically was check in time. When I went back to “check in” the same staff member had told me that nothing had changed and I needed to wait until 4 PM. No apology, nothing. I had just driven 4 hours and was ready to relax. I completely understand that things happen that are out of our control, but the delivery of the information and how it was handled was completely poor. When I went back to check in after 4 PM, luckily I was helped by another kind staff member who checked me in seamlessly, no mention of the systems being down at all. Strange. My room was fine, not very clean, but I wasn’t going to complain as I was already over this place and ready to shower, etc. forget about sleep because it was SO loud here. You could hear everything your neighbor was doing and every time a car drove by or the neighbors door shut the whole room shook. It was horrendous I wouldn’t return if you paid me. 2 nights was far too many at this place.

Convenient location, not great room. Size was fine but room needed some deep cleaning and updating.

Great location

Otherwise the pool and hot tub where very nice. Location literally down the street from the strip. Private beach walking distance $30 per person! Go to Nevada Beach short drive pay for parking only.

3 Peaks is in a neighborhood of hotels within an easy walk to the beach club. It's a lovely beach with 50% off chairs / umbrellas and a basic restaurant on site. Our room was nice but one of the beds was a bit broken so my daughter and I had to be careful not to sit on the edge of the bed at the same time. The AC unit didn't have a working remote but we could turn it on manually. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained. Overall a nice spot to stay.

Emmet was a great start. Friendly and took time to suggest restaurants and local attractions. The room was clean. The property is older but well kept. Good value.

Staff was not helpful at all. The place is falling apart. Mold growing in bathroom. They can at least keep some towels by pool area.

The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. The room keys constantly stop working, forcing you to go to the front desk for replacements, assuming someone is actually there. Despite being told the office is staffed 24/7, it was frequently unattended for hours, leaving guests locked out of their rooms. The phone number provided for the front desk and manager is useless. No one answers, and there's no voicemail. Even the guy at the front desk admitted it doesn't go to anyone and is unsure why management even offers it. At one point, five separate groups were waiting outside to either check in or obtain replacement keys because their existing ones no longer worked. The property is also incredibly noisy. I stayed on the ground floor, and nearly every day it sounded like people upstairs were rearranging furniture for hours. Between the constant noise and the key issues, getting any rest was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, unauthorized charges continued appearing on my card after I checked out. Since the hotel is virtually impossible to contact, I have no way to determine what these charges are for or whether they're legitimate.
