DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash

$20 for the breakfast buffet that is free at every other hotel. Dated rooms. Expected more for the price

Would not recommend this property to anyone! The hotel has a leaking roof with known mold issues. One room on the 2nd floor was leaking from the bathroom above them to the point we ended up putting a trash can and towels on the floor. Tvs and phones didn't work in several rooms...The management staff did not handle the situation(s) properly - we have yet to hear from management about compensation. We were told there are too many rooms with complaints, no one could change rooms. Mind you we had a group of 10 rooms booked for 3 nights spending $$$ for a baseball tournament. It was a nightmare!! Never again...

Location. The staff during check out was nice. Staff checking in was not friendly at all seemed like we were an inconvenience. Shower head, exhaust fan and shower appear to have mold and a questionable spot on the floor next to the night stand.

We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days. Despite a breakfast being offered for a paid fee, we didn't want to take any chances. We had called ahead and asked if the hotel had a crib as stated on the website, when we found out there wasn't one available we requested extra pillows to be added as a temporary barrier, we were assured they would put into our room. When we checked in, there were none found in the room, so I made a trip to get pillows and some extra bedding. Hopefully, other people will have a better experience, I was told that the 3d floor would be renovated by mid- June ( 2026). Not sure when the other floors would be completed? The only saving grace was a Mexican restaurant close by that had the best food, which the staff advised us on. We're generally pretty easy going but everything cumulated left us disappointed. Rarely, have I left a critique/negative review for a hotel but for the amount of money we paid, it was not something we would come back to.

I booked 3 rooms for my 6 team members and 2 of the rooms were torn apart as though they were in the middle of a remodel. 1 room they had to change twice and one room just once, but it was a huge inconvenience and looked terrible. We chose another hotel for the next night.

May2026, they are renovating…no ice machines, no laundry, everything is a mess! Front desk lady at night was very rude, I guess I would be too if everyone on the basketball trip asking for laundry and ice. Nothing close by. Pictures are fake, don’t fall for it. Room was clean, but old furniture, stained, didn’t sleep on pull out bc of bad stains. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else, save the heartache.

Was not greeted or offered a cookie just asked for my id and cc. Was told nothing about breakfast where it was or if it had a price. The next day we went to eat and was asked for $19.99 each and when I tell you this was basic motel breakfast food that's being generous. We politely declined and left before eating anything. They are doing construction and construction people had a door tied open next to our room to the outside it remained tied open after they left I called the desk and asked if they could close it as it's a security risk anyone off the street can just walk in here it typically takes a room key to open they agreed this was at like 8pm went out at 11pm still opened I untied and shut myself . The whole place feels old and shady even the breakfast attendant didn't have the nicest things to say about the new ownership

Under construction and expecting full payment for 7 day stay, I stayed 1 day and checked out. Rooms dated, dirty, falling apart. They were renovating the reception area, I think they need to do the rooms first. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned. Never again. This place is bringing down the DoubleTree reputation.

Breakfast $20 not worth it. Contant mix up of my reservation AFTER I was already there for 24 hours. Most bedroom electric plug did not work. Tv and remote did not work. No local channels. Glue smell in the exit hallway. Room phone did not work.

Location is good. Staff was very friendly. Dining and bar are under construction that wasnt listed. Rooms are dated. Cracking drywall and tub surround in bathroom. Smells old and musty in hallways. Honestly surprised its in this kind of shape and affiliated with Hilton. Long way to go to be up to normal Double Tree standards.

I know that the property was under reservations...but. No power to the TV's. Internet was slow. This used to be one of my favorites to stay in. Hope the updates fix the problems.

Location It was disgusting! I was literally shocked this was a Double Tree. The room was gross, the mirrors had fingerprints, the carpet was stained and crusty. Just nasty.
