I would have said excellent, except the shower head was faulty, and the TV setup was not good.

Friendly staff, clean room, but the air conditioner was incredibly loud and the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly. Tough for trying to get some sleep.

Desk was never staffed, there is a bell you have to ring then wait several minutes for someone to show up. There is no friendly greeting or smile, they just do what they need to do. The room had some type of colored food stain or wax on the carpet inside the door and running down the wall by the door. Lighting was very dim, too dim to read by. Bathroom light was missing it’s cover. There was a steady leak behind the tub spout and mold on and above the shower. The toilet didn’t completely flush leaving visible waste.There was barely enough toilet paper for the weekend stay and there was no shampoo. Housekeeping never came to clean or restock. Biggest issue: we woke up the first morning to no hot water. We were told at 3pm it had been fixed but by 4 pm only had barely warm water to do an uncomfortable splash to wash off. Staff offered to move us to the first floor which had hot water but it was a much smaller bed and room which didn’t fit our needs so we couldn’t move) (we booked a king bed suite). Staff said nothing they could do other than give us the manager’s business card. Will never book this hotel again.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, we arrived and it was closed for maintenance. We got to the room and the tv did not work. The staff person could not fix the tv and said there was no other room for us to switch to even though online said there was. He took me to another room and the door would not open. We went to another room, the window was broken being held together with tape, there was no hairdryer and the remote did not work. The staff person said that we could not receive a refund if we left so we were forced to stay. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

Needs renov. $20 policy to stay until 12noon. shower only, floors appeared dirty, dirty towel/clothing in elevator, short on towels and when requested needed to go to front desk to get them (no room service) mold in shower, staff not dressed professionall
