We had a great stay. The fitness center was better than what you typically find at many hotels. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options each morning. A special shout-out to Rob at the front desk—he was very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We'd definitely stay here again.

Ac worked, pool was great, staff was awesome. This hotel has a great rate so you give up on a few other things like a larger breakfast selection, microwave, but it worked well for us. Everything was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend, great value.

Small room with no microwave or coffee maker. Breakfast used to be good when they had both areas open. But now they only have one area open with powdered eggs and turkey sausage. That’s about it. Staff looks like they don’t care about anything. This place is going downhill. Never staying here again.

We arrived prior to check-in and were allowed into our room which we were very happy with. Unfortunately, the room was very crowded, it is a standard room with a king size bed but there’s NO storage space for clothing and personal items. We stayed for 8 days and had to live out of our suitcases since the had no dresser, no closet, no nightstands and space was very limited. We stayed on the Tru Hilton side which was definitely less accommodating than then the Home2Suites side. Another issue we encountered was the breakfast availability. It was from 6:30-9:00 AM, not ideal for people on vacation, most places offer breakfast until 10 AM which makes a big difference to us. Also, the hotel was very full but only 1 of the 2 breakfast areas was open each of the 8 days we were there. The pancake machine broke for 2-3 days, bacon was offered once, and they had individual flavored yogurt only 1 day. Finally, the availability of a variety of TV channels was very limited. We are sports fans, yes FIFA was shown but there was limited US Open coverage (golf) and no channels with MLB (baseball games) locally or nationally wide. These are things that we will consider when traveling in the future.

Clean and cool rooms to escape the Summer heat. All good.

Tried relaxing in the lobby in the evening. Group of teenagers running around the whole lobby chasing one another with pool cues and being loud and obnoxious. Cold coffee out of the machine. Beds were not very comfortable, woke up sore the next morning. Little entertainment options on television. Small pool, wanted to swim but it seems as though a group of people were allowed to turn the pool into a backyard party with loud Spanish music blasting and kids running around everywhere. Breakfast was underwhelming, took 30 plus minutes for the pancake machine to start working. Soggy eggs and chicken sausage and burnt coffee. Certainly not relaxing or enjoyable, my 3 star is generous. I won’t be staying here again and will not recommend to family, friend or business colleagues.

Room was not clean, elevator was dirty, elevator button in 4th floor was broken, breakfast was crowded and not well organized.

I do not have complaints about the staff or facility, but before you go to THIS hotel “Tru” OR “Home 2 Suites” at the same address, both are “by Hilton” and both are sharing the same building in an “L” shape. One check in station for both. What difference does that make? You may get a room (accidentally) from the wrong side. The staff is great, the system is confusing…POOR STAFF. Nothing wrong with either room but Home 2 suites may be more high end rooms. If you go and know you got a room you didn’t reserve, you may be on the wrong side? It is a Hilton issue. Housekeeping was excellent and staff was great at helping get issue straight. Tell the front desk which company you rented a room from. TRU is the blue sign to follow. Home 2 Suites is the orange sign to follow. (We were early due to a medical stay and staff was accommodating.) Mistakes happen but this is a heads up. Excellent hotels otherwise.

hotel was excellent and convenient to our needs during our short visit to Phoenix area. amenities and staffs were expected as being part of hilton. brand. room, beddings, water pressure, soundproofing, pool and gym were 2 thumbs up. unfortunately, wasn’t impressed during breakfast, waffle maker not working and the oats was the driest i’ve encountered during our stay.

The rooms were small and Spartan. Breakfast needed some change ups periodically to keep it inviting (ie: omelets vs scrambled eggs every day).

A/C fan ran non stop. When the cold air kicked on, it sounded like an airplane.
