Rooms were clean. Pool could be cleaner. Staff came across rude and table games felt like casino hade to be cheating.

Great place to have a couple of drinks and relax!

Had an amazing experience here as I was solo traveling on vacation. Staff were nice and attentive. Made me feel welcome from the moment I pulled up to the main entrance. It’s a safe and entertaining resort!

My biggest complaint is the pool. I’m not a gambler but I come off-season to relax. There are 2 pool areas. One definitely has a children’s (family) pool and the other does not. However, the two pool areas are not designated at all. Families bring water toys, canons to shoot water, full-size footballs and throwing toys, full beach gear. It becomes loud, hectic, there’s no area for adults to relax once kids arrive. The other issue is, wearing street clothes and SHOES into the pool. Unfortunately, there’s nobody on duty and it’s completely unregulated. If you want a relaxing vacation, choose another resort. If you don’t care about the pool, the hotel is well-located and there’s a lot to do in the area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Our room was clean and very inviting. We had room service delivered our breakfast. They had a great selection and the food tasted great. Their pool was nice and pool staff was great!
