Being on 3rd floor was rough w no elevator (36 steps /3 landings w suitcase was a challenge) Early pool closing was a disappointment Pool’s are in perfect shape and super well maintained - exceeded expectations

Very clean room with everything needed for a very relaxing stay. Only complaint was being on the 3rd floor made it difficult to carry luggage back and forth

Clean rooms, staff friendly.

Great value, central location, very spacious rooms. This was our first time here and we were very impressed.

The pool and exercise room was great! However, we did have to ask for new towels, trash service etc because housekeeping never came during the scheduled time. We also had a cockroach in our bathroom. Not pleasant.

Our room was great, but the king size mattress in the master bedroom was somewhat broken down. So, it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, our stay was excellent, and we will be back again!

Everything was clean and well maintained! We had a wonderful stay!

The only down side was carrying (4) 50 pound suitcases up a flight of stairs.

Great property for families that don’t want to be coupled up in a single hotel room. Our unit was clean and spacious. The pool was also nice and well maintained. The only bummer is that our patio faced the back parking lot (but that’s just what it is). The staff were amazing, and super helpful. They reached out to see if we needed anything several times… and also offered to help my husband when they saw him fixing a minor car issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was superb

The room was spacious and the pool was beautiful. I did not get a first floor room and I wasn’t in the same building as my family. I got a second floor room which had 18 stairs to climb every time we returned to our room. I’m 72 and my husband is 79. Not fun at all!!Are room was so far from the pool we had to drive to it.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel is quiet, nice parking, quiet neighborhood. Good for relaxing

Big spacious suite and nice fitness center and pool

Pool was nice, location was great. Staff was very communicative and helpful Units were a bit dated and we didn't like being on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Our bags were very heavy and taking them up and down 3 flights of steps was no fun.

Beautiful property and location to TPC golf courses. The only negative is the sell to join Hilton’s Timeshare. Didn’t realize this is what we stepped into until arrived. Not necessary for the basic traveler that books using Expedia.

Wifi was a bit weak on the property, causing delays in streaming, or not streaming at all. However, the property and amenities made up for that. Very much enjoyed & will stay again.
