My stay was nothing but amazing, clean room, amazing staff. And close to a bunch of stores.

We recently stayed here for a week for our wedding trip. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Positives: First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s nice, peaceful, and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The pool area is excellent and well-maintained. We also want to give a shout-out to some of the staff members who were incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay and truly understood hospitality. Where the Hotel Could Improve: Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was a major letdown. The two people who checked us in were continually miserable and welcoming. We mentioned twice that this was our wedding trip, and it wasn’t acknowledged at all—not even with a simple "congratulations" or a card in the room. For a milestone trip, this felt incredibly cold and dismissive. While the property itself is wonderful, the management really needs to focus on training their front-of-house staff to be more welcoming and attentive to guests celebrating special occasions. It’s a great hotel, but consistent customer service would make it excellent.

Best customer service I'd had at any hotel in a long time, if ever. A gentleman there, I'm assuming was the manager, took care of us and was such a pleasure to interact with. I didn't get his name, but he made our experience the best it could be. Nothing

Relatively new Hotel. Has a few bugs to work out yet. Not all pool lights worked. Sound system was not working well. Security latch in the room was not installed properly. Loose and shoddy. Pool area was not orderly. Garbage over flowing in cans. Over all great experience. Food was very good. Everyone was very helpful. I'd come back.

The staff was friendly, clean room and loved the vibe. We didn’t like that it was advertised like it was literally next to the mountain. We thought we were going to be tucked up in the hills. That was very disappointing since it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We also didn’t like the slow, inconsistent internet.

Very impressed with this new property and liked that it was clean and well maintained. Did a cabana pool side and dined at the restaurant each morning for breakfast. Quiet well appointed rooms with lots of counter space in the bathroom. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay there again.

Extremely well-situated hotel with free self-parking perk that made for a more economical stay. Room was spacious and fully appointed with fluffy towels, tea and coffee amenities.

The pool and hot tub were great! The staff was so helpful - we were there getting ready for a wedding, and the staff gave us a whole case of water bottles free of charge which was so helpful!

The service is exceptional. On a few occasions, we needed our car before the valet started at 6:00 AM; the front desk handled our request perfectly, and a staff member had the car ready right on time. If you prefer to park yourself, the lot is incredibly convenient because it is located just 20 steps from the building. The amenities are just as good as the service. The pool area is a highlight. Getting a daybed is definitely worth it for the relaxation and the breathtaking mountain views at sunrise and sunset. Don’t miss out on the food, as the burger is a must-try. Its location in the middle of the desert adds a beautiful aesthetic to the whole experience, yet it’s still close to the highway and great local dining. I’ll definitely be back!
