One of the best family trips we have taken. We have 4 kids ranging from 7 to 15 years old and they all enjoyed the water park slides, the outside pool, rock climbing, the ropes course, arcade, and all of the free activities as well!
-
Good price. Cleaner than other Great Wolf Lodges we've been to. Not as big but good for the price

Maravilloso

Placed a hold on my credit card and not reversed, no way to communicate with Hotel because they do not have record for you, but yet they send you an itemized bill with no where to dispute directly.
-
Expensive for what you get with the swimming experience. We could tell most swimmers were locals and many had bad habits. So crowded with them in the pools. Not worth the price just go to a better hotel and do what the locals do.

Our grandkids were thrilled!!! Great fun at Great Wolf!
-
Very family friendly place. My kids had a great time.
-
Easy check in and check out. Great price for the rooms and water park. Family friendly with lots of activities and extended use of water park after check out.

The ammenities are great. The staff upon check in are helpful and attentive to young children. The lobby is filled with energy and excitement. The life guards are professional. The restaurants and gift shops have options for everyone.

My room was on the 6th floor beautiful view but no a/c working during my stay … contacted front desk and they said short staffed and no other rooms available… brought me some box fans which were loud and annoying. Last night there woken by a fire alarm and had to walk down. 6 flights of stairs … contacted management for Solutions but was only given a apology for any inconvenience… I will never will I stay here again.

Perfect!

My family enjoy the stay. The room bed was comfortable, the pool was great, fun for any age. Staff was great, very friendly, polite and very willing to help.
-
They took $1800 out of my bank account for no reason, worst experience ever honestly
-
Highly recommend to families who are looking for fun activities, our favorite was the water park and the Magi quest. Staff was above and beyond. This hotel is perfectly maintained, and managed.

My youngest daughter woke up with bumps on her lower back and ribs

They advertise that the rooms get you 6 wristbands for the water park but if you don’t put all the people on the reservation then they charge you $20 per person. Plus you have to pay $20 for parking. The check in process is awful. It take like an hour to check in. They only have 2 people doing check in.

The room was not what we expected. We were told the room would have bunk beds. The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and be careful that they take the tip out for you. The park was awesome; the kids absolutely had a great time in the pool and other waterpark fun. I paid extra money that doesn't really include that much, the 130.00 package isn't worth it imo.
