Not enough hooks in the bathroom for damp towels. A room with 2 queen beds needs more towels and places to hang them. Overall it was a fine place to stay. Beds were comfortable.

Only negative is the ac blows dirrectly on you when in bed…… Otherwise all good..

The Aiden Scottsdale is an amazing property physically. However, the staff is above and beyond one of the best i've ever encountered.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any requests we had. We loved the patio doors off the bedroom into the courtyard and the pool area was great. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Great location.

The location was super convenient. The place was spacious and clean. The check in process was super easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lots of kids. It's obviously a good stop for the kids sports tournaments. Pool was clean. Staff was good although understaffed. The kid working the reception was very helpful. Not sure we'd stay there again.

The refurbishment of this hotel is the best I have ever seen. I've stayed at many mid-range hotels for years and this one is excellent. The hotel front desk personnel (3 young men) were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

Reasonably priced, close to freeway access, shopping across the street, and great service, the Aiden was the perfect choice. If I'm ever in Scottsdale again I will again stay there.

I was very impressed by the location. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The entire property including the elevators were pristine. They offer a bar, pool AND jacuzzi! Great location and easy parking. Will definitely be staying here again.
