The breakfast was good, but a greater variety of hot breakfast options would make it even better.

It was just opp to tram station. Very good to commute around town. I had 2 connecting rooms ( not actually connected from inside). but gave us 2 different keys so it became a bit of cumbersome to access both rooms. They should have given single key for both room.

I liked the staff's willingness to help. The staff was helpful but too short for so many guests. I had to wait to be served. The location is terrible. Trash outside. The breakfast arrangement meant long queues, so I gave up and went elsewhere. The leaky and ineffective AC unit in the room The fact that I had to leave my ID card to borrow the pass to the parking garage, then I had to return it to get my ID back. Inefficient system. The dark, gloomy corridors.

The hotel is located outside Strasbourg, but at the B tram line so it's very easy to access both the European district and the Old Town. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend staying there while in Strasbourg.

So much value for the price! -- breakfast, gym, restaurant, location -- RIGHT AT THE TRAM line [just steps away] -- a small market behind and a patisserie around the corner. Kitschy & cute. Comfy too!

We had the best croissant of our trip through Germany, France, and Switzerland in the Ibis hotel in Strasbourg! The breakfast was crowded (like the town) but delicious. We took the train to the Christmas markets, and that was very easy. The staff here was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was small but efficient.
