The bathroom is too small and squeezed. Water spills to the main room while taking shower

the lad at the reception was very kind and helpful. the bad was comfortable. a little bit noisy even if I had a room faced behind.

Location and staff and clean beading No hot water in the evening, no shower gel, no heating, bad smell in the corridor

The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great since it was close to a tram station. I appreciate the free croissant and pain au chocolat at the lobby during Christmas day

Location for the train into town center was prime. Literally right across the street. The breakfast was also okay to get by with. Disappointed with the rooms. The bed was a foam mattress on plywood. There was also no air conditioning even though they claimed to have it. We left the windows open hoping for air. It was filled with smoke and the sounds of traffic all night.

I like that it is very accessible going to Strasbourg. It is also near restaurants and mini grocery. It has free parking. Water pressure in the shower is very good/strong. They also provided hair drier and clothing iron. There are enough power outlets for your charging needs (phones, laptop, etc) The aircon was not working so we had to open the window all night, and there was a very small shower where you will make the toilet floor wet.

Good location in front of tram station. Fair value for money.

the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow too. the location was ok most of the staff were really kind there was a smell in all 3 rooms we used with our colleagues. it mst have been a disinfection product or something. the elevator was broken for 24 hours the entrance door was closed after 22pm and the mechanism that should let us in didnt work 2 members of the staff didnt speak any english at all. in strasbourg where you can find visitors from all over the world.

Nice bad. Very comfortable. Good location. The heating is electric, and it was ok in April, but I am doubtful that it would be enough during the winter.The toilet is small, but that allows you to watch tv sitting on the throne. Excellent shower. Very dirty. The table was sticky. The cleaning service is the friend of the dust and doesn't want to disturb it. A little bit noisy due to the proximity of the tram

Cheap and at a great location! You can walk to the city center in about half an hour or take the tram which stops right next door and costs 2 euro. Super comfy bed! The receptionist was great, fantastic sense of humour! Interior decoration a little tired, not like the other bnb hotels which always are modern. We were a little unfortunate that we had a very noisy neighbour who woke us up at 2 at night and apparently suffered from strange dreams, because he shouted and laughed really hard when sleeping. Very disturbing, but not the hotel's fault.
