Quality Inn Schaumburg - Chicago near the Mall

Good experience

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and the kids liked the pool.

Hot tub was hot and working

The hotel was very clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Our rooms bathroom was very dated but clean. We would definitely come back here.

The breakfast was top notch, as were the people we encountered.. Definitely recommend and if/when we return to the area, we will book here again. THANK YOU!!!

Hot tub was kind of small. But very hot! Pool was perfect temperature. Breakfast was actually really good. Different options everyday. Room was clean. For the price and amenities, I would definitely stay again when in the area!

Room was clean and there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The free breakfast bar was outstanding! It was always clean and the staff kept it full of HOT food.

Great beds & pillows. Good breakfast. Attractive lobby. Great a/c & great location. @ breakfast they ran out of bananas. Also the fish tank (cool to have one in the lobby) was too full of fish. ? Exterior could use some sprucing up

Breakfast was Great. The ideal location. Close to the AMC theater, Dave & Busters. Less than a mile from Woodfield Mall. Close to many restaurants. The size of the television was very small.

I loved the pool great temperature the breakfast was hot and milk was cold. Staff was nice and friendly. I needed a room next to me because I child with a disability and they made it happen so grateful Nothing to complain about

Unable to use hot tub or pool due to hours. Rest of property very good. What is called a gym is 2 treadmills.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Heating/air conditioning system could use an upgrade but it worked.

Great hotel clean and very excellent staff

Clean rooms, great service staff, friendly registration staff

The hotel is older, but the rooms have been upgraded. No carpet in the rooms which I loved. Breakfast was nice and the pool area was nice.
