Beautiful inside and out. Amazing experience. Room was amazing and the food was absolutely to die for.

The room was very outdated. Curtains were dirty, floor was dirty from food leftover from whoever stayed before us. Valet lost our car and keys. Took a while to find both. We never got a valet text with our valet number. Would not recommend and will not be staying again. Only good thing was MO who took care of our luggage and Brandon who helped us with luggage at check out.

We stayed there for a dance competition that was at the convention center so the ferry service was convenient and the location was great because we could just hop on the boat and go across the river. I felt the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice great options for food and their little passport bookmark thing that enables you to get free drinks, free coffee, etc. was a nice bonus.

Weve stayed at this Hotel several times over the past years. The staff attitude was poor, the property is getting run down and it is poorly managed. It is now very overpriced for the quality. The staff could care less about the guests. This included the check in staff, the bartender, the staff in the restaurant and even the parking garage.

Staff at this property is welcoming. Property has beautiful waterfront views. Breakfast buffet all-inclusive with drinks was tasty but somewhat overpriced. Overall experience was great.

We didn't get the room I paid for, I wanted the King. They said they we're over booked. So they put us in a double bed room that was for wheel chairs. Was very displeased. Going through expedia, I thought we would have gotten the room I paid for. Will not be going back to that hotel.and valet parking, had no idea that they had that. 52.00 for parking. Very displeased.

Definitely what was expected from Hyatt. It was in the center of everything, and was pretty modern. Valet parking is a bit on the high side, but in and out privileges are extended.
