Lots of sketchy hidden fees at check out that added to almost $200 to the stay.

Overall the place was good. Staff was nice. The location was great. It was an old building so only one elevator worked but it broke down and I was stuck in it for 15 minutes the fire department came out but we got out before they got there.

I enjoyed stay. Perfect location. Staff were mostly nice. Elevator was down sometimes but it wasnt too much of an inconvenience. Dad loved the patio area where he could smoke. They do charge a nightly fee for being un a historic district but they give you tokens for drinks so at least you get something for the 25 dollar a night fee that you can actually use. Negatives- The gym is secluded, I did not like that. The nightly aforementioned fee. The beds were too soft for my liking. A luttle noisy at night but they cannot control the outside vehicles. Loved the complilentary bottled waters, fruit and coffee station. No complimentary breakfast, but they had the fruit and coffee mentioned previously. Overall. I would stay again. I did not park, so I cannot comment on parking or the restaurant.

Nice hotel and staff were perfect. The floors in the rooms felt like they need to be mopped better and more often

I'm not sure if the hotels main a/c was broken or just off but it was extremely hot upon entering and checking in. The elevator and hallways were muggy as well other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I don't know if there was an old side or new side. I did get a email before we arrived to pay for an upgraded room for extra costs. We received an upgraded room at there cost because of the unkempt room the first time. The hotel amenities were good though. All in all it turned out to be a nice trip

What a lovely hotel! It’s beautiful inside the lobby and in the rooms. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way. The location is in perfect proximity to everything. Parking was straight forward, and though there were a lot of people arriving and leaving at the same time they had a great system to get people in and out.

    Everything was good, no issues!

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Excellent stay overall- if you’re bothered by traffic noise the lower floor rooms are exposed to the sounds of street level trucks rumbling by.

    great

The hotel staff was excellent from the parking lot to checking in. They were warm and friendly. The parking valet staff was very helpful. Thanks to all.

    Nice room, good location.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The location was excellent! BUT had to pay $49/night for parking which negates the savings on Experian. The rooms are small which are ok, bathrooms just room enough to open the door and miss the toilet. It was OK but won't come back.

Staff was great! Hotel was clean. Room was wonderful. I am sure it was a fluke and they were having issues with the fire alarm but it went off several different times starting early in the morning until we checked out. I am not sure If it continued after that or not. Also, you are REQUIRED TO USE THE VALET to park. You are not allowed to park yourself.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean. Will stay again.👍

Nice lobby, clean rooms, clean hotel. During the day they have water on ice in the lobby and in the mornings coffee and fruit. The coffee was good. They gave out two free drink tokens for their restaurant and bar which was really nice. Parking was Valet only. Service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The reception was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location. I would definitely recommend it.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was fine but not worth all the surcharges and extra fees.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Shower was very dirty Paint chipping everywhere. We got a suite because needed the good out bed but could not use it because the mattress was so nasty. Daughter had to sleep in the couch. They Gave out free drink tokens but the bartender said nothing was eligible except a couple things. Waste of time.
