This hotel is not up to standards! We had to wait 45 minutes to check into our room at 4:45! None of the rooms were ready. Everyone was waiting in the lobby with their suitcases. The room was run down. Legs falling off the coffee table. Torn and tattered bed skirt. We found 2 bugs in our bed when we turned down the bedding. The bedding looked like it went through multiple guests. It was extremely wrinkled. One tissue spread fancy on top of an empty tissue box. The balcony was filthy. It doesn’t look like anyone has cleaned it in years. The evening happy hour was nice. The breakfast was really good! The lobby area in the center of the building is nicely put together. There was trash all over the area where the ice machine was. The floor was super sticky! It was really gross! There were large bags of trash behind the hotel looking down from our balcony. A lot of these items were regular house keeping items. The manager was walking around during check in. He never apologized to anyone for the inconvenience.

The room was in terrible condition. The décor was outdated, the ventilation was poor, and there was a constant stale odor that made the room feel unpleasant. The bathroom door was actually broken—it looked like someone had kicked it in at some point and they simply painted over the damage instead of replacing it. It gave the entire room a neglected, run-down feel. I requested a new room and we were moved to a different room but the stale odor was very prominent there as well. The only positive thing I can say is that the beds were clean. Other than that, I honestly felt like I was staying in a rundown motel rather than an Embassy Suites. Paying $259 for one night was incredibly disappointing, and because the reservation was non-refundable, we felt stuck. I traveled with my husband and kids, and we've stayed at Embassy Suites in Irvine, the San Francisco Bay Area, and several other locations. We've always had great experiences, which made this stay even more shocking. This property does not meet the standards we've come to expect from the Embassy Suites brand. This hotel desperately needs better management and significant renovations. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we've had, and I would not recommend staying here.

The pool was very busy and water looked quite dirty. The spa was crowded with young kids/children that were jumping and splashing. We even seen 2 moms bring there less then 1 yr old babies in the spa and the babies were kicking because it was so hot. Elevator stopped working then wouldn't go my floor which the 9th floor. Parking was horrible not enough space unless you are driving a tiny Smart Car. We let front desk know as we checked out and they said they would call us back later that day when the manager got in, that was Sunday. Still waiting

However the room was old and run down. Spacious but not very good quality. The lobby is more of a catfish, really nice and welcoming but the rooms aren’t what I expected. Also the elevator broke down during our stay trapping some teenagers in, fire department had to get them out. Breakfast is cook to order which is a nice add for free breakfast. Parking is also pricey especially for really tight spaces hard to get in and out of.

We decided to cut our trip at this hotel short and find another option in the area.

NO GOOD

The rooms were being cleaned, outdated, floors in bathroom were chipping away, front desk never answers the phones. We requested full services 2 days in a row, until the third day someone had came and tended to our room. We couldn't even get extra towels and all elevators were not in services which had us waiting almost missing our daughter's tournaments.

Check in was great! Staff was friendly! Room was clean. Shower water pressure was great! Breakfast was excellent, loved our fresh omelettes! Our daughter slept on the sofa bed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable seems like springs were poking you. King bed was great! The midnight car racing was too loud every night, it kept us awake for a bit

Staff cleaned the room, removed dirty towels, and left us with one wet towel for a family of 4 adults. We went to front desk asked for dry / clean towels in the evening and the front desk told us that they were out of towels until the next morning at 6:30 AM. We asked for a manager and shared the story with front desk when we checked out and he just laughed it off - this is unacceptable! Very unprofessional staff and poor management.

I had a family stay 5 days and The hotel and rooms need alot of maintenance, ice machines were not working, restrooms are very old, shower definitely needs to be updated this hotel needs alot of upgrades the door to enter our room kept on getting locked and hard to open. The room itself had an old odo. It is by the freeway so keep that in mind it is very loud if you open the balcony door. AC needs also maintenance made alot of loud noise I give it a 2 star hotel. But What really made our stay better was the personnel Mr. Jorge from housekeeping was very helpful bringing us ice from a first floor machine also the food was excellent breakfast 10/10 with Mr. Martin making delicious omelettes and making our stay very pleasant and welcoming every morning.

This place was good, not the best Embassy Suites I’ve been to. The staff was great, but we got locked out of our room multiple times where they had to reset our key cards so we could get in. The place was older for sure, but it wasn’t too bad. I would say it’s a good bang for your buck, because it was pretty well priced.

The staff was excellent the restaurant bar was incredible best meals and drinks. Swimming pool light algae at bottom basically very slippery on the steps and floor of pool terrible stocking of towels had to search for a towel get one out of the maint closet . Elevators are not maintained by then hotel Servicer is outsourced all the elevators are listed as permanently expired and there was a slight drop one night the buttons do not work in and outside one has to push and keep pushing until the button lights up inside and outside clearly new electric panels need to be replaced. My first room the toilet was leaking the maint worker had to go in I do not know what he did but he did rechalked the bottom but later I discover the toilet was leaking on top behind the seat , no carpeted floors were porous rough to walk on clearly the rooms are older meaning the hotel on the clean side everything was cleaned , however me and a customer had difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower in our rooms ?? Seats around tables need to be refurbished one sits in chair you sink lower than the table good luck to be able to eat. Phone hotel phone does not work properly maint worker said buttons stick volume too low . Also wall plug covers were separated from the wall behind end tables . You will see the picture and the picture of the floor and toilet in question .

A staff walked in to our room while my daughter was sleeping. Felt unsafe being there after. Asking he was going to fix a water heater that we never asked for.
