Not what we were expecting at all and very misrepresented in the description of the property. We only stayed 1 night and found lodging elsewhere. Had to repeatably ask for items in the room. Asked for a blanket and received a mattress pad!!! 3 of us in the room and only had 2 coffee cups. Would not return to this property

The property looks really nice...but looks can be very deceiving! The people working at this place need a retrain on customer service because everyone with the exception of two people were extremely rude. The first night we were there we ate at the restaurant on site, we were eating and roaches began crawling on table and wall, I almost vomited. When I brought it to someone's attention they blew me off. We ate all of our meals at other local restaurants the rest of our time there. My bed had torn sheets on it. Really?! The bathroom sink didn't drain so that was a pain. There were no trash bags for trash cans in the room. You would think when housekeeping comes in to clean the room daily that when you come back it would look like they actually cleaned.Now one thing that's nice is we walk out our room and go about 100 feet and you are one the beach!!! How awesome is that!!!! One thing I will say is the beaches there are absolutely beautiful but again the internet says Sanibel Island is supposed to be loaded with every kind of seashell your heart desires...wrong. We went to so many of the beaches and I don't know where all the seashells are but we didn't find them and trust me we looked and looked!! But being on the beaches and looking for seashells, looking for treasures and soaking up the sun made our week fun. Would I recommend staying at this place...NO, NO!! But if you don't care about any of the bad stuff I commented on then this is the place for you!!

We highly recommend the on site restaurant, BRGR. One of the best burgers I’ve had. The slider special was amazing and the impossible burger was perfection. It’s a must to eat there .

Lovely landscaping. Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool and beach access. Pleasant staff. Convenient cafe dining.

People at the front desk did not care. They just gave us the key zero information about the hotel. It was like pulling teeth trying to get some information. I requested help at the beach with the chairs. They never showed up. I will not stay here again.

Beautiful beach, clean rooms, free beach chairs, free parking, nice restaurant. Highly recommended.

Peaceful place

The pool and being right in the beach was very nice. The burger joint is so delicious there. Must try! Beautiful location. I would recommend!! Very quaint and well kept resort.
