Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had from any hotel

Great breakfast staff. Front desk are very helpful.

Convenient and nice staff. Very comfortable. My only complaint is housekeeping service could be better but I had a nice stay.

Overall it was pretty good stay, no complaints, everything was cozy and clean.

Overall, I really liked this hotel. That said, if your room is located on the wrong side, endless sirens will bother you throughout the night since it is in a MEDICAL area or campus. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool was a decent size and located on a terrace, the gym was adequate, and the staff was friendly. Food at their “restaurant“ was average and even with no one there, excruciatingly slow. The elevators, however, were a massive drag! One had to wait a very long time, and then figure out why there are no buttons inside the elevator car. Never seen that before, and it took some getting used to. The hotel’s location by a freeway was very convenient. All things considered, I would not hesitate to stay there again, and the price was quite reasonable.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and quick to assist with any questions or needs. The breakfast staff worked hard ro keep everything filled and the omelettes made. This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and staff was very helpful!

Staff Gabriella doesn’t know her job, she told me parking was free when in fact NO when I came to check out. My first room the microwave door did not open, can’t lock door from inside so I felt unsafe, the bathroom sink was blocked, I called front desk 2 times at night, and they told me to change rooms at 11:30 night when I was so sleepy after long travel from CA. Next morning I called to reserve a room to move, however when I went to front desk, Gabriella told me she had 3 rooms and she called my room phone which was not working, which she told me after I told her that I didn’t receive any calls. I asked to see manager so there was another person named Ann Marie who said she could help and she told me then that due to inconvenience she will allow one night free stay. They did not allow me to see or speak to manager. Om my checking out I asked for receipt which they told me it will be sent to my email from Expedia which I have not received yet. I asked them if my one night free stay and then they told me it was only for one night free parking. My worst experience of lifetime staying at hotel, Hyatt was my first time stay. I’m a frequent traveler and this experience was really bad, never recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleaners don’t understand English, you ask them something and they give you something else.

Parking was different

Great service from the start as our request for nearby rooms was accommodated. We stayed about a week and left a bag behind after check out in the rush to the airport. Called from the airport and got an assurance from Gabrielle and Carter that they would organize for it to be shipped. Really felt like a vacation with family. Will definitely be back!

Great customer service, well kept up property,. Felt safe traveling alone. Great amenities. I would go back and stay there again.

the hotel reception staff is horrible and misled us to not use our expedia reservation and directly rebook with them with over charged walk in booking price. I’m reporting this scam to my credit card provider to dispute this over charged scam.

Always a pleasure staying here . Such a beautiful and well kept property. It feels so warm and home . Love the common spaces to just go down and relax . It’s like a big beautiful house . The staff is wonderful . I am committed to always staying at this property anytime in the Atlanta area for work or pleasure
