This is a great hotel in the heart of Union Square. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

Menu of “sushi”. Was not impressed by the food unfortunately. The breakfast was nice and good sausage but not on the level of the price.

We booked this on a whim as we were passing through SF with our four kids, and we were SO happy with our decision. The hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff were very professional and friendly. The indoor pool area is definitely a highlight as well.

Overall friendly customer service. Everyone was polite to greet to you. The room was small but clean and it had all needed amenities. The view from the room was amazing. We could see the city and the bay.

My wife and I will be back. Great ambiance, welcoming staff, nice restaurants and awesome pool area. Also enjoyed sauna and steam room. Our rom had beautiful view of the city.

The rooms feel small. The ceilings are low. The bathrooms could be so much better but they need to be refurbished, updated. The primary liability of this hotel is the location. It's in the heart of the Tenderloin and there's nothing the hotel can do about it. You can't go for a walk. There's nothing outside the hotel and Union Square is a +10 minute walk through the worst elements of the City.

You can literally do all the above in one day. There’s a parking garage across from the hotel that was $42 all day , no matter how many times you go in and out. The parking at the hotel is $78-86 / day. I wouldn’t bother. Enjoy!
