In all a good experience. Only issue what i found was the rooms were small. And bathroom do not have shelves to keep stuff.

Location was great and staff were great particularly since I had two small dogs. They were kind about the dogs and enjoyed the dogs even though there were snobby guests - but the staff handled them great. I would have loved to take advantage of some of the amenities but one I did - valet parking. It was high but it offered in and out privileges which is more than most of the parking garage is offered. For this particular chip, I needed to have In-N-Out privileges due to some of the places I needed to go so this worked out wonderful. The location of the property was very convenient to transportation if you wanted it to the Peer in the Embarcadero, which was awesome and to all of the main things in the area. The bathroom was a bit small, particularly for two people and next time I would think about requesting a room away from the elevator being that we were so close to the elevator my dogs were a little bit jumpy. Every time they heard someone come down the hall, but it was manageable and very doable. I also would’ve liked more explanation about where to find things in the hotel. I did not find a manual or a booklet in the room like you see in most hotels that share with you where to find things or how to access things however, if I would’ve asked the staff, they were super friendly and super helpful.

The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. The room was average size with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the wine happy hour. The staff was courteous. Our window view was of other rooms, but we did have the option to upgrade to a nicer view. I didn’t like having to pay $72 for daily parking at the hotel.

Location is perfect and staff was exceptional as usual! NA

The location was perfect for our purpose, a Giant's game. I liked the valet parking, the continental breakfast and the availability of beverages and snacks for purchase. The room was small but nice. I loved that there were outlets and USB ports in the side table and desk. Very convenient, once we found then! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I did not care for the minimal lighting in our room. I felt it was too dark. I did not care for the water pressure in the shower at all. It was the weakest water pressure I have ever experienced. I also noticed that the side table and beverage cooler were unplugged. I couldn't figure out why the outlets in the side table were not working, and couldn't find any other outlets. We finally discovered, the side table was unplugged.

Smaller rooms but very clean! Felt safe.

The whole staff is simply wonderful. Yousef made it extra special, it’s the best place to stay when I’m SF!

I loved the location of the hotel. I took the ferry to the Ferry building stop and loved that I only had to cross the street to get to my hotel. I walked most places and had a nice morning walk/run in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The staff was lovely too. I had a room next to the elevator and below a busy room. It was a little noisy in the morning.

After checkout, the new valet did bring the wrong car at first. Best to doubles-check before retrieving it. But he was very apologetic and it didn’t take too long. Minor inconvenience for an overall excellent stay.

Nice design, friendly staff, and nice that breakfast was available in the lobby every morning. I didn't take advantage of the bike rental, gym access, or happy hour, but it was nice to know they were available. As other reviews have stated, the room was extremely small. I was traveling solo, but I can't imagine staying there with another person. The shelf over the bathroom sink was the biggest issue-- I couldn't wash my face in the sink without hitting my head on the shelf.

The place was exactly what I needed for a quick in and out trip. I’ll likely stay here for all of my work trips to SF moving forward.
