The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located within walking distance of the center, with friendly staff and easy access to transport. A great choice we'd happily recommend.

Staff was excellent

I love the proximity to the freeway. I usually avoid SF due to the long wait to get onto the freeway. To my surprise it was very quick. The hotel also offers discounts and perks. I will definitely be back.

Clean room friendly staff

Close to stadium oracle Valet parking. Took too long to get a valet and 2 hours to receive my vehicle. Unbelievable. If I can tell people not to book there I would.
-
Amazing hotel and the staff were very nice and kind. We will definitely stay here in our next trip to San Francisco again.

Great location, super friendly staff

The Clancy Hotel sent me a message about being able to check in early at 10am. At this time, I was still driving into town and checked in around 4pm. The front desk was polite and helpful and thorough; checking in was quick. My room was tidy and I was out the door by 4:45p. Later I enjoyed the king size bed and checked out early morning at 6am with no problem. I did use the Keurig coffee machine and all the coffee pods provided. Water was 8$ for a one liter bottle. This is definitely a top pick while staying in San Francisco. My room came with a voucher for food and drinks and I got to purchase beer from the bar in the lobby before heading to bed that night. 10/10 pleasant stay

valet parking is too expensive and was almost the cost of the room

Great hotel, walking distance to oracle park. Great breakfast and bar too!

Exceptional

Room was nicely set out and comfortable Nice bathroom Poor WiFi and internet connection. Unfortunately these days, if hotels don’t have any contingency to have connectivity promptly sorted, it ultimately leads to a poor experience. Blaming providers, just doesn’t lead to a great experience

Love the aesthetic and contemporary colors/art. Great central location. Could do without the freestanding TV in the lobby. Definitely drops the aesthetic value down. And there’s another tv behind it in the restaurant. Also could use at least an info flyer in the room. Assuming that was to cut back waste but even a quick note of where the closest ice machine was, gym, etc.

This place was very nice I’ll be back!!!!

Waited an hour for our car via valet as they lost track of our tag. We were told we would be refunded the $90 for valet parking we were charged extra for. Hoping that happens otherwise a very pleasant stay!
-
Amazing breakfast thank you❤️ Parking Valet is your only option n depending on how busy checking out is, the wait can be long, to getting your vehicle back.

Location of the hotel is great. The front desk was helpful in the hotel was very clean. They offered a $20 credit for the cafe which was nice to use in the morning for coffee and a pastry. The only criticism I have is that the valet parking is about $90 a night which seems a little ridiculous.
