Ocean Beach Hotel

Good

The location was awesome right across the street from the beach. Noise level was a little concerning in the evening but it actually calmed down earlier than we expected. Also the plane flight path goes right over this location so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this isn’t the place but if you want the beach close it’s the place. Bed was comfy. Lots of shops around in walking distance

Right on the beach, parking is included if needed, staff is SO friendly, walking distance to everything I could need (coffee shops, restaurants, shopping stores, bars, etc.). Views are immaculate and facility is very clean. Would absolutely stay again!!

Super fun and low key

The bed had sand in it and it appeared transient people also used the hotel.

Room was very clean, with a homey atmosphere. Personable and helpful staff.

Cute hotel right on the beach. Everything in walking distance. Lots of beach activity (people, music, noise, etc) especially with the Wednesday farmers market, but it comes with great fun.

Extremely kind staff. One night away from San Diego proper. Close to everything. Great beach access, views, perfect quaint town!

Fr I Pulled up like ahhh shoot, what did I do. Checked in and it turned out to be perfect. Looks older on outside but clean inside. Has everything you need. If you leave the windows open you can hear the waves from the beach at night. They have a small store that’s convenient and staff is very nice. 12 min about from the airport. I will definitely return when I come back to San Diego. I would recommend.

Clean roof, staff creat, beach view

Amazing staff.

Very small standard rooms. Beds are comfortable but small. No counter space. The view was amazing but the constant airplanes flying over killed the vibe.

Great proximity to the dog beach but undoubtedly the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From a guy shredding a guitar across the street 2 feet clomping above us, it was not conducive to sleeping.

Its ok, kinda expensive for what it is, but it was nice and everyone was cool. Like I said it was ok

The beach location was perfect, loved it late night music from the beach, 11pm was a little too late
