Did see that the sheets on the bed wasn't changed. Breakfast. First one of staff told us that the Continental breakfast was free and the buffet with bacon, sausage and others was $14.99. Then next day the whole breakfast buffet was $28 a person. That we didnt like.

Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money , there is a Dennys right down the road

Room was clean with fresh scent linens. In room coffee maker was damaged but front desk replaced in a timely manner. Bar seemed nice but the bartenders seemed confused, unprofessional and inattentive. Friend and I each ordered a cocktail, a bartender forgot to make one. After a reminder he hesitantly started making it and kept stopping to serve other patrons. Maybe he was a new hire.

We were on a 3-city, two hotels in a row stays at a Courtyard by Marriott at LA's South Coast Plaza (popcorn ceilings, remodeled bathroom) and then this Hilton Mission Valley in San Diego. Upon checking in, we were told the air conditioning was not operating and were offered free parking (normally $37/day) and two free breakfast FULL BUFFET vouchers with 3 'meats, enchiladas and a self serve Belgian waffle maker (probably about $27/pp). Meals were great, we requested an extra fan for the room, it really was fine at night. The pool and jacuzzi was missing some pool tiles, but the jacuzzi and pool and the availability of these ammenities was very much appreciated. The Italian Kitchen across the freeway and Trader Joes, Shake Shack and Panera Bread were very convenient by car.

When we arrived, our room was dirty, the TV wasn't working, and the air conditioning was broken. Someone was sent to fix the TV, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he simply switched the remotes and acted as though we didn't know how to use them—even though we watched him make the switch. Two maintenance workers came to look at the AC. After working on it for, they started leaving the room without explaining whether it had been fixed. When we asked what was going on, one of them simply said, "Give it five minutes." Unfortunately, the AC never worked properly, and our entire two-day stay was uncomfortably hot. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. There was hair and trash on the floors, along with a bouncy ball and children's toys left behind from previous guests. Most concerning, I found pills on the bathroom counter. The bedding also had several visible dirty spots that appeared as though they could have been cleaned. When we reported these issues, the staff seemed uninterested and offered little help. One of the reasons I chose Hilton is that it's usually reliable and I know what level of quality to expect. This stay fell far below those expectations. The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant was a highlight of our visit, but unfortunately, nearly everything else about our stay was disappointing.

The room was fine. The hotel a bit outdated. The toilet was kind of low to the ground. Overall stay was good

Front desk was terrible. Had to wait for the staff to show up. Went to the front desk attempting to ask for the rest room location. The front desk lady was on the phone waiting for someone to answer her call on the other end. She just deliverately ignored me, not even a gesture to wait. She just looked down and didn’t do any eye contact. No room cleaning on the last day. Had to call 3 times for a new towels and waited almost an hour to receive it. Terrible experience in this hotel.
