Best Western San Diego/Miramar Hotel

Damp and dirty carpet. Stinky room

The breakfast was really good! Hot eggs, potatoes and sausage. Also a waffle station. The room was clean and appeared to be freshly renovated. It was a good sized room as well. I had no complaints about my stay!

Clean property. Amazing staff. Little bit of a wet smell but everything was clean. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would stay there again and again.

I will say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was not bad.

The first night was not good. We ended up in a room with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. We think it was an older room. We stopped in at the front desk and told them that we could not sleep so they offered another room on the lower floor and the air conditioner was quiet. So the rest of our trip was great. Thank you Best Western for immediately taking care of our issue so the rest of trip was enjoyable.

It was a convenient location, the bedroom was clean, beds were comfortable, it was nice having breakfast included in the stay. Staff were helpful. Parking was a bit limited.

I stayed one night and it was good.

Easy check in. Nice location. Nice room. Clean. Only downside was we had 3 of us needing to shower and were given only 2 towels. My son and I had to share a towel.

At the beginning of my arrival, I was treated very warmly by the staff. He was Iranian and very kind and polite. Free parking and clean rooms. Breakfast was relatively good. There was also a clean pool. I am very satisfied with the price I paid and I got a good response.

We stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the stay. The breakfast houses were decent and covered the standard continental spread. Plenty of parking was available. Microwave and refrigerator were handy to eat anything that we wanted in the room

The bed makes a very loud noise at the bottom, the bed partitions are old and make a lot of noise when lying down, the TV only has a few channels to watch and can't connect to the computer to watch the movie we like

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. One of my party initially got CA room that had been smoked in. BAD! Staff was great and the breakfast was fine. Didn't like the signs all over saying that Best Western was not responsible for damage to or theft from the parked cars. I'd rather have the security problem fixed.
