The room is acceptable, yet the hotel price is extremely high. Prices around San Francisco are inflated, with comparable hotels costing 20%-30% more here than in other areas.

The room smelled horrible. The tub is tiny and smelled bad. not clean and only provided two towels. Everything smelled horrible. Arrived at the property at 4 and still our rooms were not ready. had to wait in our car until they finished "cleaning". The room and bathroom smelled horrible. Never again staying at this place . Do not recommend

This property is in extremely poor condition. The armchair in my room was very dirty with a large stain, the bathtub was moldy, and the shower rod was covered in rust, which left red dust all over the top of the curtain. Additionally, the TV did not work; I reported it to the staff, but it was never fixed. I requested a room change immediately, but management did not move me until my final day. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The door had a large gap that let in loud street noise all night, the bathroom was moldy, and the carpet under the door was cut poorly, preventing the door from closing properly. There was a dried wash cloth left by previous guest on the top of the shower curtain.

Staff was moderately helpful, but not up to expected hotel standards. This hostelry can be compared to a low end Motel 6.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this place had the worst beds. Extremely uncomfortable.

STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter. The chair was also stained and the phone didn’t work. The manager was extremely rude and said I was disturbing his sleep, when I asked for new comforter that night. I was told I would get a refund but they won’t answer any of my calls. Expedia will also not help you as the property refuses to answer any calls from Expedia. Shame on Expedia for keeping this property listed when consumers are being scammed. The area is also not the best, had a bunch of drunk and high men hanging around.

Road noise was so bad and I’m a light sleeper.

Kumar was very kind, he let me wait in the breakfast area while my room was getting ready. I really appreciated his kindness. Monica the cleaning lady cleaned my room quickly and was very nice. The room Was clean and spacious king size bed room. Overall my stay was very pleasant and restful. I most definitely will be staying there again. Being a single traveler i felt safe. Thank you Kumar and Monica ? Everything was clean and spacious. I have no complaints

What made the experience even worse was the front desk clerk's response after letting him know the state of the room. After seeing these conditions, I immediately checked out because there was no way I was staying in a room that filthy and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner refused to offer any refund whatsoever, saying "We don't offer refunds". Charging guests for a room in that condition is unacceptable especially becuase I was in the room just long enough to document the condition of the room and leave. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or basic customer service. If this is the standard they consider acceptable for paying guests, especially for a room they were charging $180 a night for, people should think very carefully before booking here. I will never be back to this place for clear reasons and would strongly warn others to avoid it. The pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT STAY HERE

The bed and bedding as far as it went was comfortable. It was quieter than I expected but I don't plan on going back.

Clean room. More towels please

Easy check-in, easy parking, comfy bed, refrigerator, privacy shades on windows, a legit chair to sit in. Also, the walkability to local businesses was great. The hot water didn't last very long for a simple shower. The water pressure was very low.
