Staff was amazing. We always enjoy our stay.

8 dollars for a bottle of water in bathroom ... everything very expensive at hotel ..just not what I expected from a Weston.. most staff were excellent But I would not stay again for as expensive the rooms are and along with other issues Much better options out there available

Property has not been updated in 30 years. Rust everywhere. It was once a beautiful hotel. Housekeeping "missed" our room. When we let the front desk know, they offered to send up fresh towels and some more coffee--those things never showed up. It was budget-priced, and it showed us why....

This is our go to hotel when in San Antonio. Always clean. comfy beds and pillows, slightly dated decor but rooms are always clean, well maintained and spacious! For the price point you can find much better!

It is a great place to stay. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was great.

We were disappointed in our stay here. The floors of the room we stayed in felt damp and sticky and the decor is very dated. The staff was gracious with us when we decided to check out early.

I was surprised to learn that they no longer have free parking.

Room not cleaned- dirty bed linens soaked with urine, crumbs on furniture, shower not cleaned, furniture needed dusting, pet odor, stains on curtains, employees were not responsive and rude. Terrible experience.

Very Confortable bed, and good treatment from staff.

The age of the hotel shows in the air quality of the room and stained tub. Upgrades are seriously needed.

No free breakfast like other hotels and no enough toilet peppers and no one answering the phone for room service or any other service

Online reservation indicated that breakfast was included, only to find out on the day of checkout it was not. Apparently, some code had to be assigned to include breakfast in your price per night stay. That need to be highlighted and made clear to online customers.

It was a good property check in was fast and staff was friendly

Hotel was ok, not Westin standards but good for the price. Bed was comfortable walls were thin and wasn't as clean or up to date as I prefer
