Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown NE

One of the stuff a lady she didn’t help me when I ask for help and didn’t give me a solution it was a old lady she is terrible, also the bathroom smells really bad when you turn on the water, also the bed sheets was dirty .

This hotel was a great place for me to stay. The accommodation had a microwave, mini-fridge, and dependable WiFi, and it was tidy and peaceful. The front desk employees were welcoming and ready to help anytime we needed it. The free parking was quite handy, and we also liked hanging out by the outdoor pool. Our stay was made comfortable by the daily housekeeping and the well-maintained home. All things considered, it provided excellent value for the money, and I would gladly return.

Nothing They lied about the breakfast they gave us a granola bar and I changed 3 rooms in one night the first the fridge was leaking water 2 room the ac the 3 ac I gave up and stayed there do not stay here I wish I could get me money back the pool had just random people going there didn't feel safe

The website is very misleading: they stated there would be breakfast and breakfast consisted of juice or coffee and a granola bar. The halls smelled of burnt fish curry (that’s the closest thing I can think of to describe the smell). I was charged $100 on top of the cost of the room for a deposit. The room was damaged in several places including no smoke alarms (I thought that was required by law!). I took pictures so that I was not charged for the damages, I informed the desk clerk and was told “yeah, they know about the damages”. I also woke up with bites around the side of my waist, I’ve never had bedbug bites so I’m not entirely sure but I was in the bed when I sustained them. Please do not stay here!! I will also be cancelling my Wyndham account, any corporation that endorses these type of establishments, I want no part of.

No breakfast no coffee

During a brief visit to San Antonio, I stayed here. If you want quick access to the highways and downtown, this is a great location. The front desk staff made the check-in process easy and were incredibly friendly. Overall, the stay was enjoyable because my room was tidy and cozy.

It was somewhere my kids and I can get some rest. The room was like a sauna when we first arrived, and the AC never really helped it was uncomfortable until we finally fell asleep and wasn’t thinking about it. The TV had limited channels really only news and infomercials on to watch. I paid for a room to include breakfast and there was no breakfast provided. And I really feel like it’s crazy that the security deposit was more than what I actually paid for the room, and still really didn’t get what I paid for.

The hotel itself was in ok conditions for the price. The front desk staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable however we did find bed bugs in the morning after having several bites. Also the elevator made loud sounds that gave the feeling of it not being secure or safe. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the pictures. But for the price and being close to the army base, it served the purpose.

Very clean and quiet place

During this trip, my parents stayed with me, and we were very grateful for the hotel staff's multilingualism. They answered a few questions with clarity and patience. At night, the area also seemed serene and uncrowded.

No breakfast Not clean, smell weed

I was most struck by how simple everything was. The entire stay felt simple and hassle-free, and there were no issues with check-in or check-out.

Close to work A female family member of one of the owners or managers parks her new blue Lexus right next to the entrance by occupying two spaces so no one can damage her precious vehicle. She's arrogant and entitled, a typical Karen.

The location is ideal for touring San Antonio without having to spend a lot of time stuck in traffic. The check-in procedure was easy, and the rooms were tidy and warm. Overall, I had a hassle-free stay that greatly eased my quick trip.

Clean hotel but rooms are far from noise proof. The next room over was loud til 3 am so much so I hardly slept

The front desk employees were really friendly and patiently addressed all of my inquiries. They even provided excellent suggestions for local eateries and tourist destinations. It's pleasant to experience genuine assistance during a brief visit to the city.
