Spark by Hilton San Antonio Airport

Room was nice and spacious and staff were nice

Stay was ok. Charging for parking is insane. Hotel was super clean. Some bread to make toast would have been nice. Fresher fruit would also be nice.

We had a very late flight, so we didn't check in until after 1am. Someone was at the frint desk when we arrived, which was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly. The room itself was clean but the top sheet had a few stains.

Need to provide microwave in room, after that everything is nice n clean.

Breakfast could be a little better

The rooms and hotels were clean. The breakfast was sparse and there’s no on property fitness center

The staff was courteous and professional, room and bathroom were clean. Parking lot was well lit and safe.

Rooms were clean plenty of towels. Beds were nice floors are clean. The whole premises is clean and then the workers are nice and accommodating.

I’ve stayed at this airport location several times. Always clean, comfortable, and helpful staff. Recommended.

Visit was terrible. No alarm clock in the room. I called the front desk and asked for a 5:15 wake-up call and they said it was all set. I never got the wake-up call but fortunately my cell phone alarm woke me at 5.20. I also asked about the airport shuttle and told it runs once an hour starting at 4am which once an hour is not very good, I would have expected every half hour. Worst yet, she didn’t tell me the shuttle would only come if I made a reservation. Since I didn’t have a reservation, I couldn’t get to the airport. I had to get an Uber. Not a pleasant experience and I won’t stay at a Spark again.

I loved it here, even though I had a quick trip.

Beautiful hotel. The only thing was there was a roach in my room but the room was really clean. It’s a new property so that’s probably why.

Fire alarm sounded more than 20 minutes at 1 am for no reason, ridiculously situation where they couldn't act faster to avoid guests waking up long enough so we couldn't go back to sleep until a few hrs later horrible migraine due to the very loud noise

Nice clean place. Not a lot of breakfast items. Decent

I would love to come back. No second thoughts.
