Clean, great coffee, friendly staff

This hotel is not worth your stay, they do not care you experience in staying with them. They only care about policies even if you reach out to them timely and explain situation. I would rather stay with someone who cares about customer experience.

Strong paint smell on hallways. Noisy AC and temp control didn’t work well. Breakfast was awfull. Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are too many hotels nearby for the price.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable beds, clean, and well located for the events we attended.

Breakfast was okay, but the staff was excellent. Greeted everybody, they understood why we were there, and they were really personable.

Close to Seaworld, easy back and forth travel

It was nice for our short stay the bed were comfortable and the A/c worked great! It was quiet and the staff were nice. Only thing is I wish the tv's were updated so I could watch my Netflix.

It was really clean everywhere and the staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. Liked the variety served at breakfast and how clean and easy was to get the food, will totally recommend if you need a place to stay close to the Air Force base, it saves you a lot of time and traffic for the graduation
