La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Market Square

Room was okay. It’s just outdated and needs some attention to detail in cleaning. Perfect location if you want to be close to the river walk and the market square. The pool was fun. All in all, decent place but very outdated hotel.

Travel with trailer, was told hotel would be at full capacity. Checked at 2:00 a.m. total over 20 yes I said vacant slots. Was told never to come back with trailer. I stay at various LA Quintas every other weekend. STAFF NEEDS TO TO ACCOMMODATE TRAVELERS.

Was a little nervous about staying downtown. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the hotel !! Comfortable bed, ac worked great . Was overall good experience. You need to be prepared to leave a 50$ deposit

I was greeted by staff member "Gabriel" who went above and beyond to explain the parking, breakfast, pool hours, plus provided a map of the area and provided the policy for refund of deposit. N/A

The check in was ok, he didn’t make it seem inviting, just there to do his job. The room was clean but very small. The outside of the hotel seemed rough maybe power wash the outside or repaint it. We were nervous going inside but it was fine.

I liked the warm pool and convenient location to most of the San Antonio attractions. Lack of working outlets, uneven steps in the staircases, hair all over the bathroom and shower, the breakfast was pretty meh and they locked the bathrooms downstairs in the lobby during breakfast and it was inconvenient to go back to your room if you were far away, the TV was so loud when we checked in it would've blown your socks off but they did fix it. Lots of homeless around and tiny bathrooms. Thought I was getting double queens and the beds were more like fulls that had been in use since 1978.

I like waffles for breakfast Bathrooms were little small.

The staff and the location were excellent. It’s a bit older of a place but still in decent shape. Could stand for an update, but not a dump by any means.
