Holiday Inn Express San Antonio East I 10 by IHG

It was all as expected. Comfortable and quiet night.

Great clean room.

Staff was friendly Restroom was dirty. Floors need to be mopped. Alot of construction exit to hotel closed. This should be noted somewhere.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express started out well the front desk agent at check in was very friendly and helpful. We initially went into the room and dropped off our bags due to having to leave out to get to my sons basketball tournament when we got back everyone showered and went to bed we had a long day and was very tired. My husband couldn’t sleep and had an uneasy feeling throughout the night. He felt like something was crawling on him and sure enough we discovered several bed bugs on the sheets and pillows. I called down to the front desk to inform them of the situation the agent informed me that the property was fully booked for the evening and they could not accommodate a room move. We decided to pack up everything and find another hotel. We spent several hours in the car trying to find a better hotel room a big inconvenience for my family I wouldn’t recommend this property.

I can't say enough about this hotel. I was in town for an event at the Freeman Expo Center but wanted to stay a little farther out. When I got to this hotel I thought, "wow, this is kind of remote" but once I walked inside it was like a hotel you'd find in the middle of a busy downtown. Very modern, super-clean, comfortable and clean room and a great free breakfast. Also, high props to the front desk staff when I checked in. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel everytime I go down to San Antonio.

Everything I needed at a reasonable price. I was travelling through San Antonio, so it was near enough to Horizon exit to access some restaurants, coffee, breakfast, etc. The staff was friendly and attended to what we needed. 24 hour coffee machine
