An amazing hotel took stay!!

It was an okay hotel, but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it. The best thing about this hotel is its location—it’s literally only about 3 minutes from SeaWorld, which was very convenient. Other than that, the hotel didn’t really stand out, and I expected more for what we paid.

The gym had ample free weights and our girls enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The nightly s’mores were a nice touch. We would stay again.

Great helpful staff

I liked this property, the rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the movies and smores for kids. The pools were nice . The parking fee was a rip off. For that reason I don’t think I will stay at this property again.

Check-in time showed 3:00 pm but we did nto get out room until after 5:00 becasue it was not ready. It was the middle of the week, not a weekend, so totally not expected. Had to go to the deks to ask if room was ready at 5:00 and it was not. They ended up giving us another room besides the one we booked. Got in room at 5:30. Makes for a long day when you are already waiting due to an ealy flight arrival.

We loved the baby pool as we have a 3 year old. We wish we would have taken more advantage of the activities around the hotel. All in all a nice stay.

Not the cleanest bathroom. One of the pools was dirty and unused. Overcharged by booking through Expedia.

Loved my stay here. Loved that they had smores and a movie by the pool. Yummy food and drinks. Comfy bed and pillows and overall very clean.

Everything was great until we discovered a bug in our bed. There was a bug in our bed. We recently stayed at another hotel in Tennessee and they had bed bugs so we are traumatized. We checked the bed and there was a white slim bug. Not sure if it was a bed bug but it was a bug in the bed. We had just come from Minnesota and we're exhausted so we just slept on top of the sheets in our clothes. Other than that we lived rhe property. Not sure if I would book again though.

We stayed with our family. The room and bathroom were both spacious. There was no microwave so be prepared for that. Parking also costs $25 per night which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. The property is great overall especially for families.

The staff was very friendly, good location, and a nice pool. The room was quiet and clean. I want to emphasize that the staff was wonderful but there are simply not enough of them to meet the needs of the customers which is the fault of management. One waiter seating people, taking orders, manning the bar, manning the coffee bar, taking room service calls, and running food. No wonder plates came out missing items. There were planned activities that never happened because the activities director was also the only person manning the desk during a conference. They need more staff to deliver on their promises. If you are going to charge that much for food, staff your restaurant soon that the service can match the price. If you are going to advertise as a resort with family activities, have enough staff to actually host them. The staff we encountered was lovely and did what they could but they needed help to deliver on the promises set by the management.

Clean room with comfy beds. Located near Sea World. Friendly staff and restaurant in hotel is decent. The host nightly movies for children outdoors by the pool. I have stayed here several times and enjoy the convenience of the location for work and play!
