Clean, well-appointed room, great view, cordial staff

Overall, hotel was very awesome. Staff was very attentive.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property was very clean, from the showers and guest room to the beds, carpets, and common areas throughout the building. The staff (Chris) was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only downside was that the shower water did not get cold; it was mostly warm to hot. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Target, Walmart, H-E-B, and plenty of restaurants and fast-food options nearby. The property also has three pools, including a kids’ section, which was a great feature for families. We have stayed at other hotels before, but this one was one of the best experiences we’ve had. I read through the reviews before booking, and while most were positive, a few guests mentioned the hotel being close to the expressway. We personally did not find it to be a problem. We only noticed traffic noise occasionally, mainly from larger semi trucks. There is a parking lot fee of $10 per day, but it was worth it as there are several security cameras and a security guard. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. Check in with Brian was great, he was very friendly and helpful. Chris was also very friendly, helping my family navigate through the hotel. The pool was well maintained and Brian was a great bartender at the poolside bar. Will definitely stay again.

Our room was very warm and uncomfortable and it took several hours at the lowest temp on the ac to get it comfortable.

Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. The pool is great though.

Amazing place there are many restaurants just around the corner. I would definitely say here again

We liked that it had a pool. We did not like that parking is not free, the pullout bed was terrible and I had to go buy an additional mattress for us to sleep there, we ended up not even staying the last day because it was so uncomfortable and had a 5am flight with two kids who needed a comfortable place to sleep. It feels like we wasted nearly $750 to stay in a dirty, uncomfortable room. No microwave, mini, mini fridge, the ac only worked 3/4 of the time and the pool was murky. The staff said parking would be “taken care of” and it was not. We were charged $47 upon checkout. I called same day to explain the worker had said it would be taken care of. They said they would have someone call back in thirty minutes and that didn’t happen. I called again the second day and the person insisted I was not told that and it’s all over the parking lot that parking is not free. I was told it would be taken care of upon arrival, hence the inquiry and follow up.

Beautiful outdoor pool No continental breakfast

Everything was going great until it was shower time the water pressure was non existent. That’s a major issue! Getting back from the heat or even the pool you expect to come back and have a nice relaxing shower but the water pressure had other ideas. Never have I ever had such a low water pressure in any of the cheap hotels I’ve ever stayed at but to have it in the courtyard by Marriot is wild! I hope this issue is resolved for other guest.

This place was excellent for a 3 star hotel, I would even go ahead and rate it 3.99. Great place for family with kids who just want to get away and enjoy a pool food and drinks. Definitely be my first choice next visit, if on a budget.
