It was a nice stay.

Great location, only mins walk to Riverwalk and Alamo

The staff was kind. We were welcome to buy Eduardo at the front desk when we got there. The hotel is clearly historic and older. We had a nice city view on the seventh floor. The elevators were extremely small, not fitting more than four people. Additionally when first got off the elevator on the seventh floor, It was extremely hot. When I first got to the room and checked the bed, there was a long hair on the sheets, but I’m assuming it was one that fell off the cleaning person‘s head. Giving them the benefit of the doubt… oddly enough, there was a refrigerator in the bathroom. They also use cloth shower curtains, which I believe holding carry bacteria. Older property, needs some upgrades BUT THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!

Watch out for the add on fee for parking that they don’t tell you about. It cost me $60

It was very welcoming and inviting. The staff was very nice and pleasant.

Although it was nice, the carpet really needs to be replaced.

My stay was great, nice clean rooms. Great location close to the river walk.

Location was perfect for my short visit - across street from Alamo - street away from river walk & the lovely river boat tour- parking fee was a surprise but was very convenient & parking departure time was later than hotel departure time so was additional walk around time - hotel bar was ever so interestingly decorated

Couldn’t be much closer to the Alamo, very handy for the river walk area. Excellent valet parking, fittings a little bit tired but overall a really good stay

The Crocket Hotel is extremely clean, has spacious rooms, has very polite valet and regular staff, and is walking distance to The Alamo. The Tavern inside the hotel is outstanding with excellent food, service, and live music! Will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable room. Good food in the restaurant/tavern.

Bartender with hot pink hair was rude. Service was horrible, hotel is HOT, old and outdated. Housekeeping never cleaned the room and then wanted to clean at 9am on the day we were checking out. I will never stay there again.

A very nice cozy room, quiet, and so close to everything the Riverwalk area has to offer. The Crockett Tavern also had very good cocktails and food. I highly recommend!

Love the location. Staff was very helpful. Check-in was slow. They need more people at the front desk. Would like to see more modern amenities.

Excellent location! Good price for location. It is an older hotel but has been very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Best place to stay during my NBA Finals stay right next to the Alamo . Easy walk to many restaurants and bars .
