The day of departure. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we ended up staying just one night and booked something else. Very noisy. The upstairs neighbors played loud music and sang until 2:30 a.m. Loud banging. A shower and shower curtain covered in mold. So we decided to skip showering for the time being. The air conditioner was also full of dust and mold. The room smelled incredibly damp, and the bed had a really nasty, musty smell. Never again will I stay at this place. And I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone else either. Save your money. Sometimes, a “good deal” really is a “costly mistake.”

Part of the facility appears to be newly renevated, perhaps new, the other area, and lobby, could stand improvement...,but the staff are great and are doing their best to grow the property and their reputation That being said, ..when booking, i strongly DO reccommend accepting the upgrade(s) they suggest. Doing so will probably put you in the new area , where you should find extremely clean comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, spacious shower, desk, and infasruture to support your stay. I also reccommend NOT walking here iafter 9pm.(Bus was ok)

Overall, it was good for a brief overnight stay. Oh we were there for a spurs win too, so, the roads were full of horns and we didn't hear them in our room. We would stay again for a short trip.

there is no buffer style breakfast and there was no staff, just a guy behind bullet proof glass. He had to be called on the phone to come and assist us when we arrived.

This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I just moved my family from Florida to San Antonio, and our 6-day stay with my 4 children was an absolute nightmare. Housekeeping only came once (while I was at work). The bathroom was never cleaned, the floors were never swept, and the shower curtain was filthy. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days, and the shampoo was never refilled. I had to buy my own toilet paper and cleaning supplies, walk to the front office just to exchange towels, and drive my own trash to the dumpster every day. To make matters worse, the shower water leaves a slimy residue on your skin, the Wi-Fi is terribly slow and constantly cuts off, and there is a large graveyard less than 2 minutes right next to the hotel. The worst part was check-out day. Despite knowing I have 4 children to pack up, reception kept aggressively knocking on the door to force us out early. This caused complete chaos—I actually had to leave my new job for 2 hours to rush back and pick up my kids, scramble to Walmart to get the money order for our new apartment, and then race back to work to finish my shift. The lack of service and empathy for a transitioning family is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice. Close to downtown River walk, The Alamo, Pearl.

Very dirty, the room itself felt like it was falling apart with missing light fixtures, literal holes in the wall and more. Pretty sure I got bed bugs as well.

Nothing When I originally booked this place many months before travel I mistakenly booked for two nights instead of one. I immediately contacted 'Booking' to request a change, nothing was heard from the Booking or the hotel. Upon arrival the clerk said he would check with the manager regarding refunding the extra day and was assured there would be no problem. I was also informed breakfast would be provided contrary to the advice sheet at 6.30. The next morning we were leaving early and I had to rouse the 'manager' who said no breakfast is provided and that the clerk had not spoken to him about a refund and they would contact me because he was not authorized to make the decision. Nearly two months have gone by and I have not received any refund. Additionally, on our way back from the city our Uber driver (African American) wondered why we were staying in this particular area of San Antonio. I forgot about the parking, plenty of space and yet there was a charge for parking. three minute drive from the river walk but non existent parking or very expensive. Not recommended
