Great location, price and room but the latter could’ve been cleaner

Parking was meh, the facility was missing much of the normal stuff like breakfast and pool and such, but the rooms were nice and close to downtown so it was all good

Room and fitness center are excellent. Skip the bar: cocktail made poorly and overpriced.

Overall a decent place to stay at an affordable rate.

Excellent staff who even gave food recommendations in the area. clean rooms and great atmosphere.

Lovely boutique hotel on the outskirts of the Riverwalk area. The room was large, very comfortable, and clean. The staff was helpful. Quiet oasis close to everything in central San Antonio.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but rooms were huge and overall experience was excellent!

The building is very old BUT it’s gorgeous inside and smells wonderful!

It was relatively clean and the staff was friendly. The location was too far from the actual Riverwalk to be called riverwalk. I had to walk 20 minutes to get there. Also the room was noisy at night with street traffic.

The place is very fancy and pleasant, the customer service is always excellent, and the valet parking is very friendly and efficient. As for the room, it's very cozy and the bed is wonderful; I slept with the air conditioning on and the temperature was perfect.

Great staff and location My room smelled like mildew. Staff gave me air freshner but didn't help. I asked for hypoallergenic pillows and was still given feather pillows.

Staff was amazing room was spacious and clean 10/10 totally recommend and the most perfect spot it’s within walking distance of everything

Really enjoyed our stay as well as the location staff was super friendly and valet is super helpful and convenient.

Its basically a Best Western dressed up a little. $30 for parking is cra cra

Aiden was agreat place to stay. The staff was friendly, the shower was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and was very clean. The oly thing I would change is that it is very loud becasue of traffic.
