La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

Parking had a hard time looking for parking parking lot too packed. They let people stay that are not staying at the hotel and I don’t think that’s fair just to collect $36 from them too.

The stay was perfectly expectable

My first visit to San Antonio was even better thanks to my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk. The hotel offers an excellent location and great value for the price. I enjoy exploring new places on foot, so the walk to the River Walk and nearby attractions was not a problem at all. The staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to San Antonio.

First room had bed buds which was already a bad start. Of the two staff the girl was really helpful which I really appreciate it. The second room we were moved to had cockroaches. Im not sure what caused the fire alarm to go off but it was a false alarm. The staff didnt even let us know until we went back inside to ask what was happening. Breakfast was limited to just waffles, sausage, fruit and cereal. Was really close to alot of the tourists place. Will never be staying in any of this establishments hotel again.

Front lobby Lydia was not friendly. Like she needs customer service training.

We stayed 3 nights in June. Staff was friendly and professional however the room had a stinky smell when AC was turned off. I was charged all these extra fees including a $75 charge for smoking but I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM!!!! I was penalized for something I didn’t do. They ran out of towels and laundry detergent. They offered free breakfast but guests were in the pool area late night( after midnight) making lots of noise downstairs. Overall experience I rate 3/10. Definitely not staying again in the future.

Great staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast.

I love the location, the service and the staff went above and beyond. I didn't like that I didn't know we had to pay for parking each night per vehicle. If I would have known I probably wouldnt have stayed there.

The front desk gentleman was very thorough and friendly. Bartender was friendly as well. Small room with small beds…

The breakfast was nice It was a little outdated the water didn’t get hot

Staff are friendly

The first night there the bathroom sink started filling up with water (ie it did not drain). I reported it to the front desk, maintenance came up and fixed it. The second night it started filling up again.

Loved the location

This facility was pet friendly and had a pool and jacuzzi. The room was too small for my family and I was double charge for a deposit fee service. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to receive my money back that took them a few hours to take out my account!!!
