Room was not as expected. Several guests were questionable as far as personal safety. The greater hotel was not clean as a whole. Parking was fine. Would not stay here again.

The front staff female was very nice and helpful. Thank-you for being inclusive and accommodating a room that we needed for my disabled child.

The receptacle outlet in the bathroom was not working 😞 I informed the desk employee but the only thing she can offer me was to tell me the guy will be in around 10 am to try to fix it but that was to late for me so I ended up shaving in the laundry room where there was a working receptacle 😉 I had to improvise.....

This is the hottest hotel I’ve ever slept in. All of the air conditioners are turned off in the rooms so you have to run the air conditioner for hours before you even go to sleep. The hallways are boiling hot as well. The parking lot is atrocious and a sketchy place to park. In short, I believe this place is not for families or people looking to relax, but rather an in between space four people down on their luck and transients.

The room floor was dirty. The AC was not working and the button was broken. We asked the front desk but the receptionist said I am not responsible for this and we managed to get a fan for the night which was terribly hot. Overall the experience was the worst for the money we paid on the website.

When I was arriving on the sign out front it said "now open" that should have been a clue. Ramada and Wyndham have their name on this place, I have stayed at a lot of Ramada's and it has always been good with a good breakfast and clean. That's what my expectations are for a Ramada and booking.com both of which I will probably never use again. I passed up a Motel 6 to stay at this shit hole. There was no parking it was full, no restaurant, so I had to drive and lose the parking that we found previous, all of the doors were "emergency exit" posted so we had to walk all the way thru the front entrance every time way out of the way. Everything was dirty and broken Third World like. The air conditioner thermostat was glued together so you couldn't turn it on. We were on the 4th floor with all the homeless vouchers who were smoking weed and stinking up the whole place "non smoking". There were 20 to 30 unsupervised kids in the pool, the shower was barely putting out any water, the elevator is tiny so there is always a line to get on and off. When you are inside of this building everyone spoke English as a second language and were very difficult to understand, staff included.

I did not like it at all. My family and I left only 10 minutes after checking in. There were small winged insects all over the bed. The room was very hot, and the entire hallway had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The conditions were unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unable to stay.

I didn't like anything about this place. The rooms are filthy; there is no air conditioning, and the heating and cooling systems—where they exist—don't work. It is a very old building, practically a ruin. You should never stay at this hotel; I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone—stay away. It is overpriced considering the facilities and amenities; it is absolutely a den of filth. I didn't like anything about this place. This property is very run down and not well maintained. There is no central air conditioning in the public areas of the property despite it being hot outside. Air conditioning via fan vent in the rooms worked but did not keep the rooms cool. Breakfast area was dingy with few tables, few food offerings and the room for eating was poorly cleaned. The pool area was surprisingly nice and pleasant considering the condition of the rest of the property and was the only very positive thing about our stay. Very overpriced for the condition of the property.

The AC is useless. Super hot my room

If you're looking for a quick stay, it's fine. But the room and property need some TLC.
