Staff are friendly. Location is good and accessible to everywhere we want to go. Clean and well maintain hotel.

The property and room would have been excellent except for the bed bug my daughter found the morning we were checking out. Staff was sympathetic but could only offer an email address for me to send my pictures to. I had to thoroughly inspect our belongings, bag everything, and wash everything as soon as we could. My stay was to be in Sacramento near my husband who had been medi-flighted from Modesto, so it was a stressful situation to begin with. This didn’t help. I emailed the company and haven’t received a response.

I expect a 2 bedroom and receive 1 large bed. Worked out ok but…..

Everything was up-to-date, had a brand new feel, super clean. Well lit bathroom, super quiet rooms (even though close to highway), option to open window for fresh air, friendly & helpful staff, secure parking (worth the $10)

Room could been cleaner, comforter has a couple of strange looking stains. The shower could have been more clean as well. Customer service was awesome & the complimentary breakfast was solid.

It was mediocre not great just ok I prefer to be able to have a coffee machine in my room not having to go to the lobby. I also like a choice of bold or mild brew.. I didn’t like the blend and machine
