The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Staff were all very helpful & courteous. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The only thing that could have been better is to have a heated pool.

Everything is great

We waited a long time at the restaurant for breakfast. Service was extremely slow. There was only one person working who was the greeter, waiter and bartender.

Great location and welcoming staff! The rooftop pool and bar are the icing on the cake

Cons - this may seem trivial, but in my experience, typically at other hotels of the same caliber, when they see that it's your anniversary or are celebrating something they, at minimum, acknowledge it at check in. They did not. That was a little disappointing. The room - it looked clean, but didn't feel clean. There were scratches on the furniture, the fake wood paneling on the furniture was bubbling and separating as well as chips and dents in other places. There was splattered substances on the wall, a poor attempt at concealing attic access, I could see the duct work in the ceiling thru the AC return, and mold in the over spill tub drain. Also, they had robes to use, but only one. I found that odd. Pros - helpful staff, comfortable pillows, great valet, lots of storage in the room and hangers, wonderful bathroom and tub size.

Ideal location, helpful and friendly staff.

The staff was really helpful. Very clean. Right by Golden 1 Center, which was perfect because we were going to a concert there. Would recommend this place.

Hands down the best hotel in Sacramento! They upgraded our room to a corner room with a beautiful view of the capitol. There was live music at the bar and lobby area. We absolutely enjoyed it here and highly recommend staying here!

It would be nice to have another mirror other than the one over the sink to look into to apply makeup when there is more than one woman staying in the room, A mirror over the desk would be better than a picture. I have never seen such strange “art” work in a hotel, especially an expensive one. A white canvas with a narrow strip of what looked like a piece of flowered wall paper is not appealing in a hotel room even if it is a cost saver. We are not espresso coffee drinkers so the coffee maker was not to our liking and to get a cup of regular cup of coffee in the morning we had to go to the lobby. Some of us older folks like Keurig coffee makers! While the hotel is very nice, we feel that it is more conducive to younger professionals and not older tourists or families. On the positive side, the location and available places to buy food and drinks are very good. Mostly because of the bathroom issues we would not stay here again.
