Front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean. Nice large TV. Bar staff was helpful. Service and food were great.

The hotel had a very convenient location and the staff and facilities were excellent.

Excellent, I loved the place, I recommend it 100%.

We paid $500 a night to stay there for less than 18 hours. We flew in for my son’s graduation together with my elderly in-laws. Since it was close 100F I requested early check in, i.e. 1pm instead of 4pm for my in-laws. I called multiple times since front desk never picked up, spent an hour on call, ended up speaking to a regional manager who told me the hotel had availability for the 1pm check in, was promised that the hotel would contact me directly once they see the note she left or call her back. Lo and behold we ended up roaming the streets in the heat since we could reach anyone till 4pm. Unacceptable Customer service

Clean room

My experience with sexual harassment and fearing for my safety made it really difficult to appreciate how the room, location, or breakfast was. Challenging for me to think of what went well when Hyatt allows crowds of male guests to sexually harass, make explicit comments about my body, and threat to follow me back to my room. I had experienced sexual harassment and was repeatedly harassed while enjoying a meal at the downstairs lobby. These guests were belligerently drunk, played music loudly on their phones, and made comments about my body, attempted to talk to me (and yelled at me when I chose not to respond) and I elevated this to the bar staff. They said they would have someone follow-up with me, as they acknowledged that their behavior was out of control and spilling towards other guests. After I went to check-out, I was asked about my stay, and I had mentioned the harassment I experienced downstairs the night prior. Not only did Hyatt not have a record of the complaint, but assured me I would be contacted by corporate to follow-up on my harassment case. Neither happened. As a solo female traveler who stayed at the Hyatt for work, I am completely shocked that my requests for safety were not taken seriously. Not only were they not taken seriously, but they were not even recorded. The men downstairs called me absolutely foul names because I chose not to interact while enjoying my meal. They repeatedly told me what room I can find them if I wanted to have a "good time." The fact I feared for my safety and staff did nothing to help me tells me everything I need to know. Horrible experience, left me terrified of being alone anywhere in the hotel, and I pray to God this does not happen again to another young woman traveler.

The room was clean, nice shower and bed

The experience began with a warm welcome from the valet team and only improved once we stepped inside. At check-in, Jasmine greeted us with the brightest smile and immediately put me at ease after what had been a stressful start to the weekend. She went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless and thoughtfully arranged rooms that would be most convenient for my mother-in-law, who has difficulty walking. More than that, Jasmine was engaging, kind, and genuinely caring. It was obvious she takes tremendous pride in her work and in creating a positive guest experience. After enjoying dinner downtown and getting my mother-in-law settled comfortably into her lovely room, my husband and I ended the evening at the hotel bar. Despite a very busy crowd, Jen provided exceptional service. She crafted excellent cocktails, multitasked effortlessly, and somehow managed to maintain a warm smile throughout the evening. We got charged 50$ for self parking overnight vs the lower stated price confirmed at check in. Overall experience was good but we realized this charged was added after we left.

I didn’t mention I was a Senior when I called maybe have showers with hand held shower heads. It was a sign on refrigerator had to get on my knees to read it. Need to be more aware of Seniors needs. Like I said someone else made reservations for me
