Why should we have to pay $ 10 for parking extra

Clean and spacious room, sofa/ trundle bed offered more space, microwave and refrigerator were pluses, comfortable bed, conveniently located near the freeway, concert venue, restaurants, mall, friendly and helpful staff, good selection at breakfast, lots of parking spaces, though it can be a good walk away if the place is packed

Customer service was awesome and rapid. Front desk at check in and check out was quick and great in person customer service! The included Breakfast eas great and delicious except for one item We needed more towels and blankets and your housekeeping service was quick and excellent. On Sunday, the Gravy for the biscuits, lack taste on the watery size. It would be nice, if this location had a pool.

The room layout was good, separating the sleeping & bathroom from the Living area. The bathroom was large & there were plenty of towels. The mattress was “ok” & the pillows my least favorite part. 2nd least favorite part was I could see light from the hallway coming through the front door, which allowed for neighbor nose to come thru.

Location and breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was way to loud!!!! The shower was ok, however, the first room we were given there was no hot water, so we had to move rooms!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Amazing area. As we were getting ready to checkout we noticed mold lining the bathroom door. Our room was definitely not as clean as it typically is when we stay here.

Free parking, clean room but the separate sitting area was hot, breakfast had lots of choices. Friendly staff. It is convenient to freeway. We just wished it had a pool.

Purposefully booked the room with a trundle bed and the mattress was terribly dirty. Asked the assistant manager to do something about it but she could only remark that housekeeping was busy so maybe something could be done.

The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask. My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue. We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families.

The staff here is amazing, positive attitudes, welcoming and helpful. The property was clean and quiet. Breakfast options 10/10. Housekeeping wonderful. Very peaceful and pleasant to stay.
