The cleaning staff must have forgotten to clean the fridge. We have left over foods in the fridge from the previous guest.

When we came to the room, the fridge had food dump previous travelers, sink was full of filthy smelling water. Had yo first call the front desk and then ask for the new room as the staff did not know how yo fix it. Next day we can for the breakfast at 8:00 am and the food was bad and was not enough food for people. Not sure what those who came at 9:09 am ate.

My family loved the pool and the breakfast was well stocked always bringing out more fresh food for breakfast which is awesome. Jacob and Sarah were very helpful and nice to check up on me and family definitely would stay here again.

Hotel was clean well kept the staff was very friendly and kind and helpful. It was quiet. We had a nice quiet day. Our room was near the elevator, but we couldn’t hear anybody coming and going, which was nice. Yeah we enjoyed our day.

I was pleasantly surprised that the room was spacious and very comfortable. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was I didn't like the bathroom barn door. Id rather have a door that would close completely.

I only had interaction with the front desk staff, both check in and check out staff were friendly, courteous and approachable. Overall, I dont think I would go back here again.

Jacob did an outstanding job ensuring our stay was as stress-free as possible. Several issues came up during our visit, and he consistently found quick and effective solutions to each one—often going above and beyond our expectations. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. Hilton is very lucky to have someone like Jacob in management!
