We checked into this place and took one look at our rooms and knew that there was no way we could stay here. It was absolutely disgusting. Both stains had couches with very visible dirt and stains. I was definitely not expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but I was expecting at least motel 6 quality. It looks nothing like the pictures. We were told by the staff that if we contacted booking.com we could get a refund for everything except the first night, which I didn't love, but at least we wouldn't be out all of our money. When I reached out to booking.com they said that the hotel denied any refund. They did not have our back and to this day I haven't gotten a penny refunded, despite not staying at this hotel at all. I would run away from this hotel and I would think twice about using booking.com.

Good hotel to stay for a night as stop over

Staffs are very Nice , Location is convenient, Value, and good restaurant in the same area (hot pot) One of adaptor in my room is broken.

The breakfast was very nice. Not a large assortment, but I only eat eggs for breakfast anyway so perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Code in the room was nice. The only thing that would've been nicer, the mattress was not as comfortable as I would hope, but it wasn't bad. Overall I slept ok. Just a little comfier mattress would've made everything perfect.

Rooms were clean, but smelled a bit musty. Location is quite central. Service was friendly. Breakfast was basic. Basically what you'd expect for a room at this cost.

Everything was good except the electricity shut off when we left the room. The electricity shut off after we left the room. The refrigerator was not working unless we were in the room. I had medication that needed to be kept cold. Now my 3500 baht medication is bad.

The room was spacious, spotless and had almost everything you could want - for me that was a fridge, flat-screen TV with HDMI, a desk and a kettle. If you have your own vehicle there's a huge car park outside. There's a fantastic fresh market a 12-minute walk away and the central lake is also very close. There was only one shelf - above head height in the wardrobe - not convenient! A bedside lamp would've been nice

Clean room, great mattress, adequate breakfast.

The breakfast is all cold with poor selection. We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and tried the breakfast for the first couple of days and after that we went out for breakfast.

Roi Et is small enough that The Bed's outside location is a benefit because it's quieter there (no karaoke bar nearby). You can walk to the park in the center of town in just 10-15 minutes. There is a large theme restaurant next door with a variety of foods and convenience stores nearby. Room is totally modern Western standard and everything worked. WiFi was good. No late checkout available. Staff were nice but a bit busy scrolling Facebook.

The problem in Thailand is how staff are working in a hotel that receives foreigners and they don't speak a word in english, I mean if you are in that business try to learn the elemental of thematic vocabulary, they just don't care

Good price. quiet. clean. away from heavy traffic but still close to town, the 101 tower, market, restaurants… good breakfast. it has a coffee shop in the lobby. parking lot is spacious. there is a big restaurant and separate coffee shop next door on a lake with swans. the bathroom can be cleaner. We found two big spiders. shampoo is useless. towels are old. no English TV channels. there is only one chair and little space to put your stuff. it would be nice to have a sofa and a bench or shelf.
