A recently renovated hotel with basic, clean modern rooms. New tile floors and lighting, comfortable soft beds & clean linens, new AC and updated bathroom with good water pressure. Basic breakfast buffet you’d find in Isaan. Chinese, Japanese, Western steak, and Thai restaurants within walking distance. No porter to help you with your bags if you have more than 1 carry-on. Only 1 pillow per person.

Easy to find, located well for Songkran. Small Japanese cafe at ground level was nice. Air conditioning unit was about to jump out of the wall. It was the noisiest unit I have come across. Breakfast was average at best, everything was cold and we were the first in there that morning.

It was clean and quiet The breakfast needs a serious rethink it may just about be ok for Thais but certainly is not for foreigners so if the hotel budget does cover a more interesting breakfast then put the price up by 50baht and it will and the hotel will still be well staying in

Location was right in downtown Our key card was not registered till our clock out time which was noon. The cleaning lady had to open our room for us to pack and check out
