Great place to stay with family

Great hotel, dog friendly, staff friendly.

I really like the hotel is pretty and beach so nice. Are the workers very friendly!

We stayed at this hotel from June 18-21st with my husband for a quick Father’s Day getaway without the kids. We got to the hotel at 10:45am and our room was already ready for us to unpack and enjoy which I absolutely appreciated after a flight from NY. The staff does an incredible job with cleaning seaweed every morning and just overall the staff is amazing at everything they do. Service is great. They set up all the lounge chairs, umbrellas on the beach and pool around 8am. Food was great. The market had SO many clean snacks options and Haagen Daz Ice cream bar. Just overall nothing bad to say about this place. The convenience of pool and beach being on the same level as the lobby and restaurant. The only thing was that our room had VERY loud AC. The tech came and unfortunately was unable to do anything as he said it was the motor. We asked a few other people on the resort and no one else seemed to have that issue in their room. However, front desk was nice enough to give us a discount for the inconvenience, which was very nice of them. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Absolutely had the most amazing trip! From the views to the comfort to the staff. The beach amenities were wonderful. Staff at the outdoor bar were great especially Christina and Kelly. Our room was perfect and so nice. The property was so clean. The valet guys were so respectful and nice. Very impressed and we will be back.

The staff was phenomenal. Special thanks to Ray, Nicole and Jackie. Their professionalism was outstanding. We had a wonderful time at the resort. The only issue was the holes in the canvas covering the outside bar… the rain came through and made it difficult to enjoy sitting there.

It was directly on the beach The woman at the counter( large African American woman) was extremely rude when going to check in at 1pm. I ended up calling to speak to Ruben and being told to go back to check in 10 minutes later.

We enjoyed the view from our room. Overall experience was good, but price was a little high.

All the staff was very friendly, tha facilities was wonderfull What I did not like, was to pay car parking, that is no fare, Is a resort, the parking must be covered by the resort, it is a convenience, that the guest should not have to pay for it

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were some stains on our bedding as well as on the shower curtain, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom was extremely dirty with dust buildup. Everything else was good. The menu was also quite unusual. The selection was limited and, to be honest, the food was not very tasty. Our server on the first day was very disappointing. He did not bring utensils, and we had to ask twice. Part of our order was never delivered. At the same time, a 20% gratuity was automatically included in every bill. The pool and beach areas were clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. We have no complaints about those facilities.

Regarding the algae, I was at the resort for 8-days and the algae buildup on the beach was never managed. Additionally, there was a significant amount of trash (like bottle caps) in the sand. It's clear the hotel doesn't care about the health of the beach and makes no attempt to maintain it (for the patrons of the hotel and for the betterment of the environment). Third negative - I changed my room from ocean view to standard the last night we were there (2 different bookings) so we didn't have to change rooms our last night. When I asked if I would receive compensation for downgrading the room, that was rudely refused by the front desk staff and no reason was provided. Rooms very clean, no issues inside the hotel. The hotel should reflect on this feedback and put more effort into providing the experience expected for a beach front resort. Tons of potential being wasted!
